Dear ATLS Hybrid Course Student,

Your ATLS Coordinator has enrolled you in the online ATLS Hybrid Course. To get
started please read the important notices below and follow the instructions
carefully.

When you registered for your course you provided your ATLS Coordinator with an
email address. You will receive a message at that address from ATLS (no-
reply@facs.org). In that email you will find a link to our online learning platform,
learning.facs.org.

When you follow that link and arrive at learning.facs.org, do not create a new
account. Remember, an account has been created for you. Please select “log in”, and
use the Forgot Password feature to retrieve your unique username and set a
password for your account.

Once this has been set, go back to learning.facs.org and log in with your username
and the password you have created. You will find your ATLS Hybrid Course in your
In Progress Activities.

Please note:
• Completion of the Pre-Test is mandatory and you should complete this
course object first. Once complete, do not return to this object. The Post
Module Assessment at the end of the course is identical, and will allow you
the opportunity to see and reattempt the questions.
• Completion of modules 0-13 and Quizzes 1-13 is mandatory and you must
complete them in full prior to your live course. You will forfeit your place in
the live course if you fail to complete all necessary online work ahead of time.
Please discuss timelines and refund specifics with your Coordinator.
• The PDF version of the student manual you will find online in the course is
for your personal use only; you agree not to share or otherwise distribute the
file.
• Once you complete the live session, you will return to the online course to
gain access to the Course Evaluation and your CME/Completion Certificate.

instructions for your reference on the following page.
When your Coordinator creates an account for you, you will receive a confirmation
email from LMS Orders (Learning.facs.org).

Following the link in the email will take you to the home page of the ACS Education
and Training System (learning.facs.org). You will select the Log In option here. Do
not create an account; an account has been created for you.
When you select Log In, you will be taken to the page below. Use the Forgot
Password feature to retrieve your username and set a secure password for access to
our system.

Please note: Your account was created with the email address you provided your
Coordinator. Be sure to use that email address when using the Forgot Password
Feature. If you feel you may have an existing account under a different email
address, either because you are a current or former member or have previously
conducted business with the ACS – such as taking another online course or
purchasing from our website - please email MyATLSsupport@facs.org. You may
have a duplicate account that had the potential to cause an error.

Once you submit, you will receive an email that will provide you with your
username for the account and provide a link to reset your password. Your
username may be your email address, a numerical value or ID number, or a
username that you have previously created if you already have an account with us
under that email address. See image below.
Once you have reset your password, you can now log in. If you find yourself on our
eBusiness page (https://web4.facs.org/eBusiness/ See image below for reference)
please type in the web address: learning.facs.org to return to the learning dashboard
and log in.

When you have successfully logged into Learning.facs.org, you will find your
course(s) on your dashboard under In Progress Activities.
