Airless Spray

Features, Advantages, Benefits

• No air required. No freeze ups. Reduced plumbing. The result is a dependable,
low maintenance, cost effective system.
• Non-atomizing spray significantly reduces lubricant consumption and fogging.
• Maintains consistent lubricant temperature providing a uniform spray pattern.
• Powerful spray strikes with greater impact forcing lubricant into the surface pores.
• Wide range of spray patterns puts the lubricant where it is needed.
• Can spray from distances of 18” or more allowing easy accessibility.
• Can spray widths of 24” or more promoting lubricant dispersion over the entire
surface.
• Adjustable lubricant volume output assures the correct amount is dispensed.
• Sprays some lubricants that were previously considered unsprayable such as
Whitmore’s Zinc 50, Plusco 135, Jet Lube Kopr Kote and Drill Steel Compound.
• Pressure monitor shuts lubricant off at a predefined setting, minimizing dribble at
the end of the spray cycle
