FORMAT OF DECLARATION

I/We, Chetan Gajanan More (Name and PAN No, Aadhar Number (if any), Address), hereby
declare that I/we am/are not registered under the Goods & Services Tax Act, 2017 in the
state of Maharashtra.

We are complying with the requirements of the GST Act and declare that we are validly
not required to get registered under the provisions of the GST Act and state that we shall
take full responsibility for the same.

We also state that in the event of becoming liable to GST, we shall get ourselves registered
and provide with the GST registration number for all future supplies.

We further state that, the statutory compliance falls entirely on us in this regard and we
shall not hold Larsen & Toubro Limited for any of our acts directly or indirectly. Also, we
shall not hold L&T Limited responsible in case of any recovery proceeding initiated
because of our non-registration under GST.
