Restaurant Business Plan :

01.Summary :
“Green House Restaurant” will be our restaurant name. The trend of
eating in restaurants is increasing day by day among the people of
Bangladesh. Now people prefer to spend quality time in restaurants with
their parents, siblings and friends. Restaurant interior design, food
quality and service will be good and food pricing will be
reasonable.Since this is a raw money business, we have to keep an eye
on the accounts.This business is profitable with this in mind.

Company Ownership : Green House Restaurant Business is a


partnership business. The locations of our branches : Elephant Road,
Banani, Dhanmondi & Uttara. Morshedul Islam, Shajid Hossain Fahim,
Khadija Akter Orpa, Sundus Mohammed, Jubair Ahmed, Shoumik
Kaosar and Rishita Sultana Moly will be invest in same percentage of
amount. And since every investor is entrepreneur, so everybody will
working for the company according to their skill.

02.The Industry, the Company, & the Service


Industry : There are many restaurants in our country but our
restaurants will be very different as the name of the restaurant is Green
House so the environment will be green and everything will have a
touch of green.
Company : Green House Restaurant will be a Limited Partnership
business, every partner will be liable for loss only up to the amount of
their investment.

Services : In addition to Dine In, Takeaway, our restaurant has


arrangements for all kinds of events including birthdays and weddings.

03. The Management Team


Management team is most important in business, without management
business can't be managed.
Green House Restaurant will be managed jointly seven partners of this
business. Initially, the company will have 45 additional employees.

3.1 : Several skilled employees will be recruited for restaurant &
warehouse.

3.2 : For security purpose each of our Restaurant will be monitored by


CCTV Camera.

3.3 : The General Manager of the company will arrange for the delivery
of food ingredients & will take cake of all the requirements in the
restaurant.

3.4 : We will use Microsoft Excel to keep track of sales.

3.5 : The salaries of all employees will be credited to the bank account
every month.

3.6 : The company will always be under the supervision of the owners

04.Market Research & Analysis


Target Customer : Food lovers of all ages and Middle Class to upper
class customers will be our target customers

Competition : This is the food business so the restaurants in the area


are our competition. We are coming up with something new. So, I hope
we will survive.
Market Size : Size of market is very huge because everyone loves
food & people want to spent quality time in restaurants with their
favourite ones for refreshment.

05.Marketing Plan
Situation : More than 60 percent of young people are more prone to
eating in restaurants, so we have considered placing student platters with
young people in mind so that students get the food they can afford.

Menu : At the beginning we are bringing 80+ items, including Indian,


Chinese, Italian, Mexican and Thai food.

Pricing : We will keep reasonable prices, and design some combo


packages & platters for our customers, such as: 1 person.A set of menu
food is 300 Taka. If anyone takes it for 4 people, the prize will be 1100
Taka.In other words, if you buy it for 4 people, the cost per person is
275 Taka.

Promotion : We will use digital platforms for advertising. For


example: Facebook, YouTube Ads, website ads, Foodpanda, etc. And if
any customer comes to our restaurant and posts it on facebook, they will
get instant 10% discount.By doing this, their friends will also come to
the restaurant after seeing that post.
06.Financial Data
We know that money is very important in any business. A financial
director is required to properly manage a company. A financial
director’s task is to figure out how to make the best investments for the
company, how to deal with financial crises, and to think about these
issues and come up with the best solutions. When a company is just
getting started, it’s the job of a financial director to discuss with the
investors about the company’s products, designs and market values. And
also attract their attentions.
