About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead/Manager to join our technology team.

Responsibilities:
 Lead a squad composed by 12 team members (Front End, Back End, QA)
 Manage apps built in micro services that sustain a scale of 100k users/day
 Work along the CTO to build and ensure the best applications focused on B2C from different
business unities

Requirements:
 12+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on C# and .NET.
 Proven experience in managing and leading engineering teams.
 Strong understanding of database technologies, including design, development, and migration.
 Extensive experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps.
 Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
 Data Base experience in SQL is important, although there are DS in the team.
 Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
 Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
 Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
