CIRCULAR

Dear Students,

We would like to inform you that the following are the details on the Transport Facility arranged
through college buses for the interested students on the payment basis so as to enable them to
attend the "on-campus academic activities", scheduled in the months of March & April 2021.

. Monthly contract amount per bus = Rs. 80,000 /-

. The tentative tariff per student per month will be Rs. 80,000 + 30 = Rs. 2,667 l-
= Rs.2,700 /- (*)

(x) Only 30 students are allowed in each bus as per COVID-19 regulations. In case, less than
30 students opted in any route, then the monthly tariff would be finalized accordingly.

Hence, the interested students and parents should give the willingness to travel for 2 months in
the college bus in the enclosed proforma for consent duly signed and send it to DSW office by
email at dsw@staff.vce.ac. in on or before 24-O2-2O2L.

Further, it is informed that the tariff paid by the students for 2 months towards transport
includes transport facility to attend on-campus lab classes, lab exams (internal / external) and
Sem End theory exams.

Based on the no. of students opted per each route, the final tariff will be fixed per
route and accordingly the details will be posted on the college website by
27-O2-202L.
