Blockchain technology uses distributed ledger technology for data verification and storage. encrypts
and decrypts data through asymmetric encryption and digital signature algorithms, runs smart
contract technology to enable multiple distributed nodes on the network to have bookkeeping
functions, and records at the same time Information has integrity and security [7,8]. In essence, the
blockchain is an open bookkeeping in an embedded form, which can record all transactions

This research presents a new architecture for smartening libraries based on IoT and SDN. Utilizing
SDN increases the flexibility of the proposed architecture from various aspects and provides the
ability to smarten objects in all their functional aspects. In this method, it is tried to smarten all the
activities carried out in libraries, such as: searching for books, receiving guidance, borrowing and
returning books, members authentication, etc. Introducing a new architecture based on SDN and a
hybrid member authentication mechanism, are among the innovations of the current research which
distinguishes it from previous works. The proposed architecture, implements a new hierarchical
topology creation mechanism which is effective in forming a low-cost scalable communication
structure for small to large scale libraries. Contributions of the current research are as follows.
(Zhou, 2024)

The kinetic solubility of compounds was determined in DPBS (pH 7.0, Invitrogen) containing 1% (v/v)
DMSO. A 10 mM compound stock in DMSO was diluted 1:100 with the test solution and stirred for
15 min at room temperature. Following vacuum suction filtration, the filtrate concentration was
measured using HPLC-UV at 254 nm (Blasco et al., 2024)

The authors collected materials or documents that reflected the universities and their libraries’
strategic priorities or key areas of development in future years, such as strategic plans, visions,
development programmes, agendas, and statements which can be found on the official websites of
both universities and libraries. A simple content analysis approach was used to discover the
appearance of AI-related keywords as above in documents of strategy or vision or plan, and the
word frequency was recorded. (Huang et al., 2023)

Given this situation, the Quebec-based company TherAppX has

developed a DHT library, with financial support from the Minist`ere de

l’´Economie et de l’Innovation, in collaboration with MEDTEQ+ and the

Bureau de l’Innovation of the Minist`ere de la Sant´e et des Services

sociaux (MSSS). This library has been designed to enable mental health

professionals to direct patients towards DHT suited to their needs and to

ensure that the tools are used properly. TherAppX Core is now known as

AppGuide Pro (Lane et al., 2024)
