0.7 DEFINITIONS

Principle Place of Business: means the head office or the registered office of the undertaking
within which the principle financial functions and operational control of the activities are
exercised.

Product Audit: An independent audit that shall sample check product (Aircraft and/or
Component) on each product line at any specified interval as a demonstration of the
effectiveness of maintenance procedures compliance.
