This is to confirm that I Mr. Girish Sampatrao Kadam, ADHAR Number- 853353756975, Contact
no.9527968749, S/O Sampatrao Kadam, 628, Ghorpade Peth, Pune 411042, have purchased the noted
vehicles (1 VEHICLE) & have taken delivery of the same on date 28th April, 2021 on 'as is where is'
condition for the amount Rs-38000/- (Thirty Eight thousand only).

Vehicle purchased details are as follows.

 I am aware that these are vehicles repossessed by Sai Point Finance Corporation Ltd (SPFC) for default
in repayment of the dues by the respective registered owners and that the vehicles are now being
purchased by me without insurance, RC Book and other documents.

I am aware that there is a possibility of claim/counter claim by the previous owner/s of these vehicles
and hereby confirm that all cost, risk and responsibility in connection with such claims or the transfer of
the vehicles to my/our name by the registering authority shall be mine. I hereby declare and undertake
to hold Sai point Finance Corporation Ltd, its employees, representatives, agents, associates and the
like fully harmless and indemnified against all losses, costs, claims, expenses, charges, damages etc
whatsoever, which SPFC or its representatives may be put to in the event the said vehicle/s is/are not
transferred or insured in my/our name.

That from the date hereof, I am the owner of these vehicles and as such responsible and liable for
getting the registration certificate transferred in my name and ensure that the vehicles are insured. I
further undertake not to claim or demand SPFC at any time for RC Book(s) or the insurance for the said
vehicles. I hereby undertake to indemnify SPFC against any tax liability, penalty and legal consequences
in relation to purchase of these vehicles from SPFC. I further undertake to indemnity SPFC against all
claims, actions, damages that may arise subsequent to sale of these vehicles to me.
I am fully aware that the mentioned vehicles are sold to me on the strength of this indemnity and that
this is irrevocable.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties herein have put their respective hands to this writing on 28th April,
2021.
