knowledge, and care.

method for how to manifest your dream life in the most
resistance free way possible. With the amount of clients I
have personally taken on this process, I noticed I tend to
walk them all down the same path in the same way. I can
now predict after what step they would spiral, or begin to
lose faith, when they will be high and when they will be
low, when they will be plagued with doubt, and when they
will thrive. In that meticulous process of walking, standing
by, and nurturing those coaching relationships for what
feels like a very long time, I felt it was FINALLY time to just
cultivate a blueprint for the masses of exactly how I, as well
as all my coaching clients, have been so vastly successful in
all facets of our own respective lives. The blueprint we use
to manifest our dreams into our reality is what I have
created for you all out of my experience of years of
thorough education, research, and my own personal
investments in myself from countless avenues of thousands
of hours of digesting content, trying it, succeeding in it, and
making what I feel to be the most extensive and fool-proof
manifestation blueprint on any platform, media or print. I
wanted this blueprint to be extensive and presented in a
more easy to digest way for a self paced course of how to
manifest independently outside of 1:1 coaching. This one
resource would be all you needed to refer back to. I want
you to choose to invest in yourselves and your own future!
And know that as long as you follow this and make it your
new IDENTITY, you have the comfort of knowing, you have
no way to fail.
About the Author

My name is Persis S. Mistry. I am a Parsi-American woman.


I have many titles that I go by as I am absolutely obsessed
with personal development and self improvement! I am a
Mindset Coach, Manifestation Lecturer, Educator, Certi ed
Surgical Assistant, Real Estate Agent, Physician Assistant,
daughter, and friend. I am here to help you in my very
diverse background to truly unlock your power to live your
best life. When I began on this journey I traveled down the
wrong paths. Something I hated. I found myself in my life
time and time again being in a situation where my purpose
has led me to help guide others to not make the same
mistakes I did. Although I am a very accomplished woman,
both personally and professionally, I have always reaped
deep grati cation out of helping people! In absolutely any
way possible! Whether that be me devoting a decade of my
life to studying surgery, being awarded The Lifetime

Achievement Award in Volunteer Service from the White
House and much more. I am here to be the guiding light for
you down this journey so that you don’t have to go through
all the trials, tribulations, and trust issues I had from when
I consumed content from “coaches” who truly didn’t know
up from down. To be the woman that guides you down the
most expedited path that took me YEARS to plow. I found
myself constantly taking bits and pieces from di erent
coaches to gure out where to go. That took me years to get
the right information and compile it! Then that took me
years to practice it, master it, edit it, and now sell it as a
teacher and mentor. My life purpose has oftentimes led me
back to being what I very jokingly call myself as being, “the
practice child.” As I am the eldest child in my family and
was very much alone in my own self discovery at each and
every major milestone in my life, whether it was being a
rst generation college student, graduating post graduate
school with distinction, adding extra feathers into my cap
with a real estate license, licensing myself as a surgical
assistant, branching out into manifestation coaching,
YouTuber, TikToker, and so much more. I was oftentimes
nding myself in the role of plowing a path that wasn’t
there. You are paying not only for the knowledge in the

Preface
As mentioned previously, this mini course is cultivated in a
step by step nature to help you manifest your dream life. If
you want love, read this from start to end. If you want
money, read this from start to end. You want a promotion
at your job? Read this from start to end. Please insert your
object of desire and take yourself through these motions
from start to nish each and every single time. It is of the
utmost importance. The purpose of this is because we all
come from di erent races, di erent religions, di erent
socio-economic standings, di erent upbringings, di erent
traumas, di erent relations with our parents growing up, or
perhaps the absence of a paternal/maternal gure growing
up, etc. This is the reason why manifestation is not,
necessarily, a “one size ts all.” That’s why coaches have
made up and created di erent “techniques.” The
techniques are there to help put you into the state of the
wish-ful lled or to at least be hopeful, like “yea, I can see
that this could happen for me,” and to do that again and
again until it’s your dominant nature to stay there!
Did you hear that? You DON’T have to believe your
a rmations, your visual experiences, imaginal acts, inner
conversation or anything else. If any coach has told you
that in the past I want to so very passionately tell you, that’s
not the case! You have been misinformed. But, that’s ne.
We can’t change the past. We can only do better with the
knowledge we have. You do however, have to believe in the
law. Whether you bought this mini course out of sheer
curiosity, speculation, to grow your knowledge of how the
law works, or out of a bid to get what you want and to do so
fast, this is made very carefully and thoughtfully for you.

My biggest disclaimer is that you have to, at the very least,
approach this mini course with a “science experiment”
type of way… What I mean by that is I want you to be at
least be open minded to the process, because I can give you
everything else. But, if you don’t believe in the law, I cannot
instill belief in you… You have to come prepared to do the
work and I will lead you down the treasure map to X marks
the spot. The ability to be open minded and have the
mentality of being ready for change, being ready to let go of
the past, be ready to dissolve the hate, hurt, anguish, pain,
su ering, unhappiness, etc. and transmute it into
liberation. Your motivation to use this mini course with the
utmost amount of sincerity and excitement should be
directly correlated to your passion and desire to you
wanting your old 3D to be a thing of the past! I want your
burning desire to leave your present reality and enter into
your ideal 3D be the burning drive and motivation.
The clients I have taken on personally have had a 100%
success rate. Yes, that’s right. All of them. They have all
been successful in one or more of their ventures. So, it’s
safe to say that the methods I teach are solid in the
manifestation blueprint.
The meaning, purpose, and design of this course is to take
you through the motions of manifesting something from
start to nish, every single time. I would encourage you to
not skip any step no matter your level of understanding. If
you follow this from start to nish and rely on the chapters
for support and guidance, during moments of doubt,
should you have one, I guarantee you that you will achieve
success 100%.

Chapter 1-Identifying Your Limiting
Beliefs

Y
es, we are starting here. It’s the fundamental core
of why you probably bought this course to begin
with. I want you to complete the exercise I am
about to walk you through right now. This will be the core
of how we cultivate Your Manifestation Blueprint to get
what you want. There’s no more powerful blueprint to
manifestation than with your own set of limiting beliefs
problem solved for you. Because if you have that gured
out, what else could possibly hold you back?
On a piece of paper I want you to identify only one
object of desire at a time when you manifest, this is done
on purpose as there are a wide and diverse range of
individuals purchasing this mini course with di erent
pro ciency and background levels of manifestation and I

want us to use this course start to end with one desire at a
time so you can be fully present and intentional with these
exercises. We don’t want you to get overwhelmed with
identifying 5 di erent desires your rst time through. Your
ability to go through the course once and be successful will
also build up your self esteem and con dence to go at it
again and again with bigger, larger, or more important
desires. If you are brand new to manifestation I would
encourage you to start small, not because you cannot do
anything bigger, but it’s purposeful to build FAITH so that
way you can have a rmer sense of belief and plant your
feet rmly into the ground to know you manifested
something and it wasn’t mere coincidence! Now, on this
piece of paper I want you to write your end goal at the top
headliner of the page, maybe that might look like, “I want
to be in a happy, committed relationship with my sp
(speci c person),” “I want to have my ideal body without
having to work so hard,” “I want to have a ful lling job that
pays me what I deserve, 70k or more.”
Once you get crystal clear on what that is, I want you to
fold the paper in half and label the left side of the paper as
limitations and the right side as liberations. Now, on the left
side I want you to be honest with yourself, because this
exercise is a heart opener and shows you in what ways your
mentality has held you back in life… that can sometime be
di cult to take accountability for but it is so very necessary
if you want this course to be successful with you. So, be
honest. No one is hovering over your shoulder, shaming
you, or making you feel bad. But, we must take
accountability so we can use that to go ahead, anew. On the
left side, write down in all the ways you have mentally,
physically, emotionally, spiritually, etc held yourself back
from your desire. Whether that be blocks you feel you

have, actions you have taken that you think did not help
you, self punishing mechanisms you have had since
childhood, worthiness issues you know you su er with,
second best criticism, imposter syndrome, the lot of it. If
this goes onto a second sheet, I don’t care! The rst step in
moving forward is to make sure you can acknowledge what
put you in this quicksand to begin with so we can get you
out! Now when I say to write your own limiting beliefs, I
don’t mean this in all areas of life, I mean it in a way that it
relates to your goal on the top of the page or in the realm of
manifestation. See why it’s important to only do one desire/
goal at a time?
Now, after you’ve done that you can take a huge sigh of
relief because one of the hardest parts of this course is out
of the way. Part two will come later. Now on the right side
of the page I want you to transform each and every single
statement you wrote on the left and ip it into how you can
change that into something working for you or a self
concept a rmation. Example:

Yes, you heard correctly. Marry the right side column in
what I call to be a self talk method. (See Reference 1 for how
we develop and have created using our subconscious mind
our whole life)
The self talk method is essentially telling yourself a new
story again and again in a “story-telling” like method until
you’ve actually brain-washed yourself into your rst
instinctual thought being that of your new story, the one
you’ve self talked into. That is when your subconscious
mind has been impressed (See Reference 4).

“When you marry your new story in your mind


to a point of truly internalizing this story as
your own, your identity, your world, you will
reshape itself into the one of your desire.”

When you can say, with conviction, this is the truth, that
will be the most potent rewiring medicine you can give
your subconscious mind! Not to mention telling yourself a
new story all day every day allows your mind to trust the
story it’s being heard, let its walls down and impress the
new story even if it can’t see it. You should eventually with
practice and repetition of telling yourself this story again
and again to a point of: I trust that I don’t have to do
anything other than say this story to myself for long enough
for it to happen, it will happen. The reason self talk works
is because there’s a particular ener y frequency around
what we say and our mental and emotional state. No, this is
not any law of attraction, vibrate at 637Hz and hold that for
an hour nonsense (sorry but I said it). I used to believe it
when I didn’t know any better, but the point is when I was
laying in my bed wondering what the Hell I was doing and

whether my measurement of frequency was actually
working, I felt like a lunatic. And if you were down that
path maybe you felt the same. I say that to humanize
myself, I say it because I know what you have experienced
and I have come out on the other side. I know what I’m
talking about. When you make this new story your identity.
You will experience your reality. I already know it. But, it is
also only when we get clear about what, who, how we want
things can we even know what we are shooting for.
Otherwise it comes o as we are shooting an arrow in the
dark. Not to mention, the results of shooting that will be
about the same…so in chapter 2 let’s take things a bit
deeper.

Chapter 2-Let’s Get Our Shit Straight

I
’ll tell you what this course is not. It’s not indecision,
indecisiveness, I don’t know, or anything else. Because
I am that logical minded woman. I am going to
question things, I am the skeptic, I am the, “well if
everything could be so good then why isn’t it now?? I
haven’t been that bad with my mental diet have I? Or have
I?” (See Reference 2 for further information) This course is
designed to be YOUR GAME PLAN! So, in order to manifest
what we want, we need to get real clear regarding whether
this is manifesting old love back and with who? A job? Or a
house? A raise? Better relationships with our parents? What
exactly? We need to get clear that I want a fresh start, a new
chapter, something di erent, etc. I do highly suggest you
choose one goal for your rst time around although you are
free to add more if you feel you can handle it. The only
reason I say this once again is not to impose limitations on

you, but to be honest that due to the wide range of
individuals buying this blueprint not everyone would be
comfortable with ve goals at a time.
For those manifesting a new love or SP I do recommend
you choose one or the other. I don’t want you to get into a
dependent thinking habit that when the new love comes in
(because it probably will rst) that this is a bunch of
ho wash because it worked for one side and not the other.
You can get success in either side! But, if you’re so double-
minded from step one then it does not end up helping you
to establish your own faith in your power as you will
probably be looking for a shoe to drop, otherwise. Ouch. I
know. But, it’s true. I will be using the example of a speci c
person in a romantic nature as my blueprint in this chapter
to walk you through the motions of how this should play
out.
I want you to take a new sheet of paper and preferably
on a separate day to take out at least 30 minutes, although
you can come back to this exercise as many times as you
want, and I want you to drum up in a scripting type format
what your new story is with this person once you’ve
identi ed which side of the fork in the road you want to go
down, as alluded to above: new or old.
I want you to understand that when we manifest new
love or an old lover that we aren’t doing anything di erent.
The method is the same. However, where people fall o the
wagon and fail in manifesting love is they think that
manifesting love involves somehow changing or
manipulating the 3D reality, or using some voodoo or spell
on your person to get them to change their mind. Many
people fall into the trap that we need to change their mind
about everything they said, win them over (eww), have
them change the action they took, how they felt, what they

told you they felt, the lies, the cheating, etc. whatever your
story may be. I am here to tell you it is none of those things.
And if you’ve been doing it that way then I can con dently
tell you, you probably have not gotten much results, that is
why you bought this course. Because you did it that way,
and it failed. That isn’t the way to do it. I’d love to o er you
a consolation prize for all the times you tried a method and
it didn’t work out or from when you consumed content by
bad content creators who were themselves limited in their
perspective of the law or just had massive followings
spewing misinformation to their viewers but I cannot x
that. However, I assure you everything you learn here is
backed up scienti cally! So, you don’t even have to trust
me, you can trust the science that backs this. I encourage
you to baby step your way into trusting the process, then
maybe you can trust the scientists who have held
controlled experiments about mentalism and how our
thoughts can actually in uence the reality we experience.
Neville Goddard stated that if you change your
assumptions and you live in that new story with conviction
that you can change your life. I’m here to tell you that’s
true.

For those of you who nd it quite hard or di cult to


embody that of a wish ful lled or at least a detached
optimism, I recommend you baby step your way into the
a rmations you end up creating for yourself. I have a

whole page of a rmation structures at the end of this guide
to help cultivate the most ery passionate a rmations you
can imagine. I spend countless hours trying to make what I
call “fool-proof ” a rmations because with the structure of
how the a rmation is made, it doesn’t leave even a
0.0001% chance of failure for your subconscious mind to
bend to your will! (See Reference 3 for Reprogramming
exercise). I have ones that will help if you have your desires
on a pedestal, ones to add speed, ones to incorporate if you
feel your brain is literally working against you, etc. I would
love for you guys speci cally to get to a point where you
can start your belief system o with, “I believe it is possible
for this to happen.” Until you can get to a point of “I know
this will happen.”

Chapter 3-What is Law of
Assumption?

Y
our assumptions you have regarding yourself plus
the assumptions you have about the object of your
desire is what creates the reality you are
experiencing now. There, that’s the whole chapter. And I
will spend every moment in the rest of this mini course
proving that to you. Your assumptions of yourself are very
broad spectrum, which is why we narrowed down to one
desire at a time. But, some example of what actually
de nes your assumptions of yourself can be a variety of
things such as your assumptions of how your life works out
for you, your belief in: I have a lucky or unlucky life, how
you experience the world, your perceptions of how love,
money, success, fame, etc work out for you. This is called
your self concept. Your self concept is how you assume
things will work out for you in general. This is coupled with
fi
your self concept regarding the object of your desire. If you
think you’re successful in all other areas of life but that love
alludes you, or a speci c person is alluding you, or a
promotion is always alluding you, then your reality has
perfectly ful lled that by the law of assumption. What you
think and assume to believe is true, will become true.
Almost like a self-ful lling prophecy. If your assumptions
have been unfavorable for the majority of your life then this
may take some work, but I don’t say that to limit or
discourage, I say that because we must seal the hole in the
ship so that it doesn’t sink. I don’t believe in selling you a
band-aid. I want us to x the ship or get a whole new ship!
We aren’t putting a band-aid on things anymore. This is
where that ends. So, feel liberated to know that is in the
past now. In this chapter, you will refer back to your
exercise regarding the object of your desire from before
and create a new list below it. You may end up borrowing
notes from your undesired list for this exercise. What I
want you to do here is make a second list for all the ways
you have felt unful lled within the object of your desire.
Let’s say some of those involve:

Love Example: I was never chosen, I was never fully


claimed, It was so hard for them to commit to me and they
still didn’t even when I threatened to leave. I’ve never even
had a boyfriend or girlfriend so I’m probably super
unlovable, I can’t conceptualize someone being with me,
I’m not even that pretty or handsome, who would want
me?

Money Example: My job never promoted me. I would


slave away doing all sorts of work for my boss who never
noticed it. I was always over-working to prove my worth.

I’ve been shown when I was younger that money was hard
to earn, that I had to be really noble to have it and even
then it wasn’t guaranteed to me.

Health Example: I’ve always told myself that whenever I


look at sweets, I gain 5 pounds. I have never had a good
metabolism. I’ve always had to be on a strict diet to get a
version of a good looking body but even then I’m not fully
satis ed. I need to constantly check the nutrition label
because I’m afraid I’ll get too fat and no one will want me.

Dictate out your honest limitations regarding the object


of your desire, whatever that may be. What is listed above
are mere examples and common threads I see among
clients. Remember being able to be crystal clear on where
YOU were unsatis ed/unful lled in the past + where your
object of desire left you unsatis ed and ful lled is our
manifestation “formula.” So, please try to be thorough,
honest and transparent. We want this out of our system so
we may go forward anew!

Chapter 4-Your 30 Day Strategy &
Beyond

F
rom here I want you to understand why our self talk
is literally what creates our reality. The years of
telling ourself unfavorable things has now led your
subconscious mind to be on auto-pilot in an unfavorable
way. A way you DON’T want to be creating. We are doing
the work to x that. Is it going to feel weird to tell yourself
positive things? Love on your body? Love on your amazing
attributes? Love on your money situation when you
account is over-drafted or has mere amounts of money in
it? Absolutely! But, that’s how we get out of the hole we dug
ourselves in. We have to be willing to be uncomfortable for
a short period of time so that this can become the new
normal in our subconscious mind! How we implement our
self talk day in and day out is what dictates our reality.
Similar to what I stated in our previous examples, if we told
fi
ourselves unfavorable things in love, money, health, or all
of the above, and we have the present day reality to thank
for it then why wouldn’t changing that self talk create a
completely new reality?? Think about it. You, unbeknownst
to yourself, have observed, felt, and internalized those
“a rmations” even though you didn’t know you were
doing it when you did it, which manifested itself perfectly
in the form of your present day reality….That was quite
literally your blueprint from when you did not know any
better (see reference 5 for when you feel discouraged about
your manifestation or have intrusive thoughts).
Your 30 day plan from here on out is going to be as
followed. We are building our manifestation house with:
1. your “manifestation ability” foundation,
2. self concept a rmations (to make the structure of this
house),
3. and the object of your desire’s assumptions (is going
to be the roof of our house).
I give an example of a house to depict to you the
importance of each item in the process of manifestation
and to also convey to you how much time is spent on each
in your daily self talk ritual. The foundation being the most
important part of the house is what you need to spend a
decent amount of time on! Many people when they nd
manifestation they don’t even spend time creating the bare
minimum assumptions that one needs to be good at
manifestation! They think they can skip over that step and
go straight into self concept or a rm for their sp/money/
health. That’s not how it works and that’s probably why, for
a lot of people who struggle with belief, the reason why is
because of the fact you never even spent time a rming that
you’re good at it! Think about that for a moment. If you
want manifestation to be easy for you, quick for you, fast

for you, overnight for you, within three days for you, did
you honestly even spend 5 minutes of your time a rming
that? Did you spend time creating that as a hardcore
assumption in your brain that you don’t even have to
question? Did you? If not, you are probably one of those
people who have issues with belief that you can manifest in
general, belief in manifestation, or think this is just a
coincidence when it happens, if it does at all. You MUST
have solid beliefs of how manifestation works for you then
you are golden. However, if you haven’t done that yet then
this is a big issue and a gaping hole in our foundation that
needs xed. I would highly recommend you take one week
prior to any other self concept or object of your desire
work to rst and foremost build your foundation of how
manifestation works for you. That involves creating
anywhere from 3 5 rules for you (you should be able to
memorize these rules so as to say them all day so keep
them short) and a rm them all day every day. Check out
my page for an a rmation tape on manifestation ability
(Reference 7) and play that subliminal at night. I always
recommend that if you have hacked manifestation for all
other areas of life but there is one thing that is alluding you,
then this special note is for you. When you do this
foundation work your required a rmation can be as you
wish but simply add in that manifesting is easy for you
especially regarding the object of your desire. If you
have issues creating rules I will dictate mine down below
for a reference. My rules, are as follows:
1. Manifesting is easy for me
2. I always get what I want instantly especially ___.
3. The more I want it, the quicker it comes.
I, at the very least, made my foundation. A step many
miss. From there you will be following the 30 day plan of

changing your self talk. I made a video on the self talk
method which you will refer to on our references page (2).
It involves all day and night telling yourself or talking to
yourself almost in a story-telling like manner regarding all 3
of your pillars: self concept, concept of object of desire,
manifesting ability. You will input your a rmations you
created for your situation into your own self talk. What I
would recommend is you sit down and write out a self talk
with all three elements once in the morning in a freestyle
format, then with that example you can pull from that
script to tell yourself that throughout the day.

Love example: *John* is so completely head over heels in


love with me. I am such an amazing person in his eyes. I
feel an overwhelming amount of love from him and
everyone around me. I feel seen and heard the way I’ve
always desired. I now fully accept that I am an incredible
person. Of course *John* would love to be with me, I am a
prize, I am worthy. He is obsessed with me. Of course he is,
he’s never met a woman like me before. It feels so
liberating to be in my ideal reality now. I love that I always
get my desires super fast, especially *John*.

See how in each sentence it builds on the other to soothe


my subconscious mind into a new story so that my 3d can
catch up? Please understand this is an example and should
be modi ed towards YOUR desires and goals. In one
statement I’m building up my self concept, in the next I’m
talking about how because I am this amazing person, in the
next I’m talking about how of course that draws the object
of my desire towards me, and in the next how this is easy
because I always have the fastest manifestation abilities.

Please use this for any and all desires. Insert money talk
if your desires are money related, health talk if it’s health
related. The reason I put love as an example is because
99% of my clients are after manifesting an sp. So, I do
apologize if you were one of those individuals that had
desires outside of that, I am making sure to try to
incorporate as many examples as possible as the recipe is
always the same! There is no topic that strays afar from this
technique.
Money example: I am a worthy and deserving person.
I’ve always deserved and I receive at least a 70k/year
position. These types of jobs seek me out. I always get
recommendations for jobs that meet my criteria. You know
why? Because I’m more than quali ed. I’m actually over
quali ed! It’s so crazy how fast this manifestation worked!
It literally happened overnight.

Health example: I am worthy of the body of my dreams


without much work. I am naturally blessed. I’ve always
been God’s favorite. I have a master metabolism. I am that
person at the table that gets to eat whatever I want and
everyone stare at me like where did all that go? It’s natural
and normal for my body to look the way I want.
Manifesting my physical appearance always works the
quickest for me because I’m a master manifester.

The blueprint is truly the same for all! I want to empower


you and encourage you, once again. That by improving
your self talk day in and day out it has monumental shifts
on your subconscious mind. Similar to how I discussed this
in my “iPhone Update” video (Reference 3), you are
essentially reprogramming your hard drive, ie. Your

can catch up. Do this for the full 30 days. Treat it like a
science experiment and promise yourself here and now
that you will not be getting down on yourself, checking the
3d or questioning the process. Dictate your start date in
your phone and give yourself the full 30 days + 7 if you
need or require to do the manifestation ability 7 day pre-
cursor and understand that in the beginning your mind
may ght it. It may create opposing images, memories in
your mind, you may have some nightmares with the tape.
That is your subconscious mind remembering and bringing
up past memories because it remembers a time that is not
coinciding with your new story. To explain why that
happens in a very simplistic way: You a rming or hearing
an a rmation tape that states: I’m loved and chosen MAY
bring up what I call “monkey brain” which is when your
subconscious mind decides let me bring up this memory of
when you were left and unchosen because I remember that
time where we cried a lot about that. It’s the subconscious’
way of solving problems because it remembers a time when
what you’re saying was not accurate. It’s trying to self-
correct your brain. You must be stronger than your self-
corrector!
Your subconscious mind doesn’t do this to punish you, it
does it because it has almost an “auto-correct” type of
feature as our mind to remember things even from our
childhood. “Your subconscious mind has an ability to
contain more than 1 million GB of memory storage.” “Your
subconscious mind can process 1 trillion megabytes of
information per second” (4).
So, as you do this work, you MUST complete the full 30
days minimum if not 60. Please do so and understand that
not everyone experiences a purge but if you were
wondering why that happens, that is the reason why. It is

because we are creating new neural pathways to form new
memories and your brain is remembering old pathways
with old memories. If you can’t invest 30 days of loyalty
into your new programming then what was the point? We
have years of hard drive to override so we need to be
patient and gracious with ourself throughout this process. I
know you can do it but you must also believe that you can
do it. I know I always felt better with a coach by my side in
various parts of my journey as I felt I needed a crutch with
my very wounded self concept back when I was a student.

Chapter 5-Extra Support Chapter

T
his chapter is here as an added bonus for when you
may not be feeling your best. I want you to come to
this chapter to help you understand if you are doing
things correctly and measure your own progress. We are
going to use my emotional measurement scale to track our
progress. This emotional measurement scale tracks not
only your state of being to auto-correct you back to where
you need to be but also helps you to measure progress of
where you are from day 1 to any day afterwards to measure
how far you have come.
The rst half of this scale is being honest with yourself
and measuring on a scale from 1 10, a 1 being I am at peace
and at one with my desire, versus 10, I am erratic, scared,
worried, self sabotaging or self doubting myself the vast
majority of the time and constantly worried whether I’m
doing things correctly. This ten also changes things and

techniques based on new trends and or success stories
every other day. Once you evaluate this number just notate
it in your manifestation journal along with your starting
date. We are trying to shoot for a 3 or less! So, we are
constantly pivoting, trial and error’ing new techniques or
exercises to help us get that number down. So, if we have
only been a rming but it’s now making us anxious due to
the lack of what we see in the 3D, then maybe it’s time to
try out inner conversations, meditations, scripting, or any
other variation to bring us back to where we need to be.
You new favorite technique may be something di erent on
a di erent day. Be kind to yourself and know that you are a
work in progress and this guide is for YOU. No one will
know better of what works other than YOU trying it and
being able to provide your own critical feedback.
The second half of this scale is you asking yourself two
questions to measure you on a separate scale of 1 5 for each
question. Firstly, when you are doing a rmations, inner
imaginal acts, meditations, inner conversations, scripting,
etc are you doing it from a place of I need to do this in
order to get this? Please rate that answer on a scale of 1 5.
The 1 being absolutely not, not even by 1%. A 5 being I am
only doing this technique or another to get a result. The
second question you will also rate on your 1 5 what are your
feelings and assumptions of this working out for you as you
go about your day? Are you the majority of the day
knowing and anticipating when it’s going to happen
because you know it will? OR are you mainly feeling a little
anticipatory in an anxious manner of noticing where is my
message? Call? You are noticing the absence of things or
constantly in your mind criticizing where you are in this
process or where you person is in this manifestation
process? On a scale of 1 5, the 1 will be absolutely not, not

even by 1%. A 5 being, I am the exact de nition of those
statements, I am anticipatory in an anxious way, noticing
the absence of things the majority of the time (meaning
upwards of 50%). Your numbers combined of these should
be having you sitting at a 3 or less as well. If we aren’t there
we once again want to turn inward, notate what exercises
are allowing us to feel we have it, comfort us, and allow us
to embody the state of “yea, I feel this can happen for me.”
This may involve you changing a rmations to
manifesting ability, referring to a new guided meditation,
and relying MAINLY on self concept if your number is
above the recommended 3. The reason you may be feeling
a higher level of anxious, absence of your desire ener y, or
feeling separate from your desire ener y is because of a
variety of di erent things that I will be delving into here.
I want to start with a Neville Goddard quote to help you
understand how to truly and completely ignore the 3D and
eliminate separation from your desire. If you are struggling
with the state of having it, try to implement inner
conversations of hearing the person tell you wonderful
things such as, “I’m here for you, we aren’t separate, you
can talk to me anytime, I’m not away from you I’m within
you” (you don’t have to hear it in their voice). If this is not
seeming feasible or believable for you I would say try it
consistently before casting it out, it can be incredibly
comforting! If you don’t feel you resonate with this method
I would recommend you try to a rm things that evoke a
feeling!
We tend to rely on feelings to di erentiate where we are
in the manifestation process. Similar to my scale we
discussed previously. So, if you’re feeling sad, feeling
discouraged, feeling away from your desire, etc. It involves
you not being where you want and acknowledging that.

The more we dwell in that, the more we manifest more of
that. So the best way is to a rm, script, visualize, inner
converse in a way that evokes the exact feelings you are
desiring to have until you can embody a sense of self
soothing. Do we have to be perfect? No. But we have to at
least re-train our brain into a place of not being in those
feelings of despair, discouragement, etc. and re-train into,
“nope I do have it, I feel so loved, I feel so taken care of.” It
may seem far away in the beginning but once again this is a
practice! (Reference 8) I like to use the practice of a rming
that I am feeling something speci cally that I want to feel
when I do actually have that desire, whatever it may be.
When you a rm you feel something, you will actually
begin to have bodily reactions with enough practice of
feeling the feelings you are a rming for. It is something
di erent, and will feel like something di erent when you
a rm, “I feel so liberated to be a successful business
owner.” That has a particular avor of ener y. Although you
do NOT require to feel to manifest, if you’ve seen my video
(reference 2) the subconscious mind is like an over-
expressing boyfriend/girlfriend. If you imagine your
subconscious mind to be a boyfriend or girlfriend coming
to your window and confessing their undying love for you,
you would be IMPRESSED (implying impressed by the
gesture but that your subconscious mind would also be
impressed) as it doesn’t require much convincing outside
such a large and emotional display of emotion for you to be
convinced or “impressed” by such actions. You must get to
a point where you are retraining your nervous system to a
new normal. You may think to yourself doesn’t my brain
know what I want?? The answer is no. The subconscious
doesn’t discriminate it simply creates based on
assumptions had, good or bad. This is why it’s important to

create rules, what we discussed previously that only
positive thoughts create, manifesting is easy for me, I
always get my desires super fast, etc.
To expand on my previous point, when we a rm that we
are feeling something, your body will begin to retrain your
neuro-pathways to actually feel those feelings. There’s a
very di erent avor of ener y around “I feel so loved and
cherished with my man.” Versus something such as “I am
loved. I am cherished.” One provokes a feeling with
something you want to receive. This helps you to nd what
you are a rming more believable and doable. Which is
why I recommend it.
In this, it neutralizes your craving and or grapsing
feelings. Because if you’re able to feel like you are mentally
living your dream life and are comforted by knowing
manifestation works, then you have no longing, no desire.
You just know this is going to happen at any moment, I feel
it, I trust it, I am choosing to trust it, I’m choosing to have
faith that manifestation works, I choose to believe in myself
that everything I’m doing is leading me to my desire. I
choose to believe that this text can come in at any moment,
that they can confess their love for me at any moment. It
happens for others, why would I be any di erent? I know
how this works. Of course this can happen for me. You
should feel a hopeful optimism the majority of the time.
You see how that rampage of mine was so self soothing? It
puts me back in my drivers seat. There is where you want
to be, I would say about 75% or more of the time. Where
you walk around just knowing, without proof, yes this is
going to happen for me, I just know it in my bones! I know
this going to happen.
To have a good read on where you are at this is what I
would suggest is to use my emotional measurement scale so

that you can track your progress and understand from what
place you are making decisions, doing techniques, going
about your day.
Please understand one thing, the process of
manifestation involves us believing and knowing how
exactly to manifest coupled with the fact that you know you
are capable of believing in yourself, your master
manifesting abilities, and the comfort of knowing that
everyone else is manifesting this exact same way. In the
sense, they may use di erent techniques, however, the way
anyone manifests is to believe they have something before
they actually have it. To know you have it internally, so it
can be shown externally. So, if that’s the case, then what
are the nerves about? What is the fear about? What is the
self doubt about? You don’t get scared if the holiday you
planned and booked ight tickets for are still going to go
through..? You have giddiness and excitement about the
anticipation of your pending vacation. I empathize with the
fact it can be hard to manifest from a place of believing in
an invisible product. But trust your peers, trust me, trust
individuals who are living their dream lives because of
these practices. If all else fails, make newer, more
intentional and random goals that show you what you are
doing is not a mere coincidence but what you created
based on your assumptions and scale higher and higher
until your belief gets stronger!
I promise you, please believe in yourself. What’s wrong
with setting a 30 60 day timer and going all in? This is the
work. When you embody and make it your new identity
that this is part of your identity, to be a girlfriend, to be a
successful business owner, to live your dream life, you will
have it! Because what you have inside is what you will have
outside. It cannot miss you! You can have the comfort of

These a rmations have been tried and cultivated by


myself and my clients. Please edit it to your needs and see
how they can help you with whatever desire you may be
assuming into your existence. As the A rmation Queen, I
spend a lot of time throughout the day trying to cultivate
the most POTENT a rmation to create the most extreme,
fast results a rmations for my clients. The design of these
a rmations is to make it so that there isn’t even a
0.00001% chance of your mind being able to humor
anything other than this a rmation. It is also a way of
helping the subconscious mind to penetrate your desire so
you don’t have to go through mountains of shadow work or
inner child healing. I commend the individuals who did, as
I did also before I knew better. Then when I realized I could
just come up with powerful a rmations that could bypass
the process into an easier and more e ortlessly way, I
