TO ANY OFFICER OF THE LAW:

You are hereby command to arrest ELISHA BUSTAMANTE who is to be found at

Barangay Dubinan East or anywhere in the Philippines and who has been accused before
this Court with the crime of under Section 10 of Republic Act 7610 (Anti-Child Abuse
Law) and Republic Act 9262 (Anti-Violence Act Against Women and Children) and
deliver them for forthwith to the nearest Police Station or Jail.

You are enjoyed to execute this warrant of arrest within (10) ten days from receipt
hereof. Within (10) ten days after the expiration of such period, you are directed to
make report there on to this court and in case of your failure to execute the same, to
state the reason therefore.

There was NO BAIL RECOMMENDED for the provisional liberty of the accused

in this case.
