I'm graduating from college soon, and I've

been thinking about whether I should go
down the path that so many other ambitious
people in my major are going down -- but it
just didn't seem right for my natural
temperaments. Sure, I can stand my ground,
but I'm not too competitive or disagreeable.
I knew I wouldn't enjoy working a high-
pressure, fast-paced, hyper-competitive
corporate environment. I'm also a creative
person at heart, and I wanted to choose a
career that would enable me to indulge all
aspects of my personality. After taking
Truity's aptitude test, I'm more certain of
the type of person I am. I was quite surprised
by how much the results resonated with me,
it was as if it was confirming a lot of the
hypotheses I had about myself. I hope to be
using the career planning guidebook to find
the perfect full-time job for me.

I found the report very interesting and in

many ways accurate to what i think and do
in my work. Lots of the info is eye-opening
and will help me to improve my work and
communication style.

This assessment was so accurate. Ever since I

was little, I have been a creative type. My
profile says I am 100% creative and it
couldn't be more right! I'm so glad I
purchased it. I learned so much and
confirmed so much.

I dance, write, paint, and sing, am a graphic

designer and actress. So on point. Also,
explains why I hate certain things about my
current job. With this information, I have
the information I need to go and get the
career of my dreams.

After years of constant identity crisis and no

aim anywhere, feeling lost and unsure of my
qualities and what I really wanted and
needed to feel FULFILLED in my career, I
finally got this test and didn't think twice
before buying it because I thought what
could I lose at this point? Today I have a
clear idea of what I want to be and I'm so
excited and happy to follow my path. Thank
youuuu!

BY JOE S

After spending 23 years in the corporate

world, I was looking for a career assessment
test that was quick, e"cient and actionable.
I found the Truity career personality test to
be very informative. Accurate, as I found
myself shaking my head saying yes that's me,
and thought provoking, as I found myself
saying, hmmm, I thought I liked this job task
but realized it was more of something I did
for the job at hand. This product was well
worth the minor investment.

Great insight

The report was very helpful except for the

actual career choice profiles themselves. If
can be demoralizing if your types of careers
have an earning income cap or there are no
lucrative choices suggested. I also thought
the jobs titles need to be updated to reflect a
modern market (desktop publisher is more
relevant as graphic, instructional, or UX
designer) . The most helpful part for me was
the list of daily tasks you would and
wouldn’t prefer doing on a regular basis, as
well as key questions to ask to see if a job
description is a good fit for your work
personality.
