I couldn’t agree more. We truly appreciate your interest in the Final Release of Aqua Waterfront Village and your
eagerness to secure a home.

Due to the overwhelming interest, we will be releasing homes in a systematic fashion with the intent of providing the
fairest process to those who are interested. We have not yet finalized these details or timelines. This information will be
shared with yourself and all interested parties as we get closer to the sales launch.

At this time, we can share that Mission Group has a Loyalty Program wherein homes are offered to past purchasers and
current Aqua Boat Club members first, followed by the registrant database via selection sheets, that will be time and
date stamped nearer to the sales launch.

The great news is that the final release will offer more homes then Aqua I did, giving many more people the opportunity
to purchase. It would be my recommendation that the best thing you can do is stay in touch with our sales team over
the coming months. The more we know about your specific interests the better we can assist you.

Hi Siobhan,

I am looking at investing in some opportunities that mission group is currently building. Can you please help clarify the
details below?

 Aqua tower 1 is already sold (I understand this was only open to people who had previously purchased mission
group properties?) Aqua Tower 1 is 100% sold out. Purchase opportunities were open to everyone via selection
sheets. Mission Group Past Purchasers and Aqua Boat Club members received priority. For Towers 2 & 3, priority
will be given to Aqua Tower 1 homeowners and ABC members, then Mission Group past purchasers.
 Aqua tower 2 & 3 - I am interested in this. For sale this summer? Will this be open to the public? We anticipate
Towers 2 & 3 will come to market this Summer. Please ensure you are registered with us in order to receive all
of the most up-to-date information. We should be able to share more details regarding the next release of
homes in a few short months.
 Bertram – Any units remaining? (interested in 2-bed 2 bath) We have just 3 homes left! Pricing and all relevant
information is attached to this email, for your reference.

I work for Emco Waterworks (we’re a distributor who is directly involved with supplying some of the products for these
developments). One of my colleagues has already invested in Bertram. Fantastic!

I understand that there is a 3% discount available for friends of developer/people involved in the project? As well as
another potential 3% discount for investors that have already purchased properties with mission group? Please let me
know the details on this and if there are any additional advantages available. We truly value our contractors and do, at
times offer a Friends & Family credit, which is applied to the statement of adjustments at completion. Each Friends &
Family credit is reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis by our VP of Sales. There is no 3% credit for investors
that have already purchased properties with Mission Group.
