We want to segment a shoulder CT image into three parts:

1. Scapula
2. Humerus
3. Background

Like example below

The CT volume can be from either the left or right shoulder, and they should be labelled accordingly.
In our case, the CT image contains a metal implant and metal streak artifacts, as shown in the figure
below.
However, in the annotation, we want the metal implant to be considered as part of the
anatomy itself. For example, if the metal is inside the scapula, that region should be labelled
as scapula, as shown in the figure below.

There should not be any portion metal unlabelled like this.
