1. Imagine you are the secretary of a young leaders club in your school. The chairperson of the club
has convened a meeting. During the meeting, as the secretary, you are required to take down the
minutes. Six members have attended but three have not though two informed the chairperson of
their unavailability. The Area Youth Officer is present. The date and venue of the County Young
Leaders retreat is revisited and changed. Issues discussed during the meeting include, recruitment
of new members, parliamentary visit and community service project. One of the members of the
club suggest a need to throw an end year part
