As the online world keeps growing, a great number of workers are

starting to work from home. In my view, I believe telecommuting is


beneficial not only for employees but also for employers.
Firstly, when hired hands work remotely from their homes, physical
workplaces and all the other stuff will not be necessary anymore. This
means businesses can cut costs on various kinds of office supplies and
other expenses. For example, company heads no longer need to invest
in expensive office spaces, which means they can reduce various costs
associated with a physical office.
Secondly, they do not have to worry about arranging transport for their
workers. This costs a lot for big companies, which have lots of
employees. By letting their staff work from home, they can save money
on this, which helps a lot with their finances. Also, having fewer people
driving to work is good for the environment, which makes the company
look superior and helps their goals of being more eco-friendly.
Besides, employers may also consider reducing their workforce and
eliminating certain layers of management. Security, cleaning, and other
service requirements that used to be there when they had physical
offices are no longer needed by companies. Consequently, this can
increase their output as well as cut down on expenses.
In conclusion, working from home gives bosses more freedom when
they work online, therefore enabling them to stay at home with family
members. This is a win-win situation whereby both workers and owners
benefit from working outside the office since even employers get to
enjoy the same advantages of working from home as their employees
do.
