Annual Maintenance Services
Annual maintenance charges per year per ticket (Discount: 50%) ₹ 90,000 45,000
AMC (Annual maintenance charges) which covers annual maintenance services includes both
Car / Vehicle / Asset Maintenance (Add-on) & Prorata Platform Services and is described below:
1. Insurance Premium (1st Party – Comprehensive) for 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th Year.
2. Insurance Premium (3rd Party) for 4th, 5th & 6th Year.
3. Car Servicing after 60,000 KM (including consumables like oil change, etc.) after every
10,000 KMs (i.e., expected servicing 6-8 times every year).
4. Tyre Replacement after every 20,000 – 40,000 KMs (i.e., all 4 tyres change minimum
once every year).
5. Battery Replacement after every 24-36 months.
1. Maintaining LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) filling, auditing and any other legal
compliances etc. periodically.
2. Prorata assigned driver drops car to the user / Co-owners and pickup from the user / Co-
owners.
3. Car park facility , in case of no reservation.
4. Car service and maintenance at regular intervals.
a. Car wash on every reservation.
b. Monthly once deep cleaning.
c. Periodic car servicing at authorised service centre.
5. Platform Fees for managing users to follow platform guidelines to ensure fair sharing of
cost and usage of the vehicle among co-owner(s).
6. Managing accidental issues and Insurance claims.
7. Managing reservations at Prorata app.
