of Ikorodu. Lagos State (here in after called “the grantor” which expression shall where
the context so admit include their heirs, successors in title, assigns, legal and personal
representatives) of the one part DIOCESE OF LAGOS WEST (ANGLICAN
COMMUNION) CHURCH OF CHRIST THE LIGHT OMODISU, OWUTU

Where as
1. The parcel\piece of land which is the subject matter of this agreement lying, being and
situate at Ajaguro Village, Ojokoro Area, Ikorodu local government area of Lagos
state of Nigeria belonging to the Imam. Ibrahim Ogunmefu Family in free simple
absolute I possession by negative law and custom from time immemorial.
2. The said Imam Ibrahim Ogunmefun Family has been in peaceful possession of the
hereditaments and has through its duly accredited Principal Representatives dealing
with the land from time immemorial.
3. The grantors has beneficial owner have agreed to grant to the grantee the right, Title
or Interest in over Three Plots of the said hereditaments to build on it.
4. In pursuance of the above agreement, the grantor as beneficial owners, hereby grant to
the grantee three plots of the hereditary situate, lying and being at Ojokoro Area, Off
Ajagunro, Ikorodu Local Government Area Of Lagos State measuring (1,752.534
Square Metres) 36. 59m by 50m. and described in Survey Plan number:
DLS/4958/019 2024 LA. The Beacon/Pillar Nos: SC/LA DJ9109ATC,SC/LA
DJ9110ATC, SC/LADJ9111ATC and SC/LADJ9112ATC and signed by Surveyor
OLUOKUN OLUWASEGUN A.(mnis) and dated 09/05/2024 of 32, Kayode Street,
Ogba, Lagos State.
5. The Grantee hereby covenant with the Grantor but by way of an undertaking that
Grantee or the persons driving title under him will henceforth at all times pay all
Government Levies inclusive of the Land charges that may be imposed from time to
time by the State Government.
 IN WITNESS WHERE OF THE PARTIES HAVE HERE UNTO SET their hands
