• Ensured All Electrical Power tools & Electric equipment Megger tested/PAT (Portable appliance testing) by the electrician.
• Ensured to undertake daily inspection for DB using checklist and it was recorded.
• Ensured the Prior inspection & affixed the sticker by the PSP EHS.
• JV monthly colour code & inspection process is followed.
• Ensured all electrical power supply through 30mA RCD and Grounded.
• Ensured using insulated & right tools for the right job.
• Ensured Operators were aware of potential pinch points and using Proper PPE.
• Ensured all damaged tools have been segregated & returned to store for disposal.
• Ensured unattended power tools have switched off/disconnected & all tools have been stored in tool kits when not required.
• Ensured not using Homemade & Fabricated tools.
