Position SR. PLANNING ENGINEER - CIVIL
Basic Qualification BE or DCE in Civil Engineering.
Experience Required Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the field of
Constructional/Project Management.
Additional Skills/Training required • P6 certificate and working knowledge.
• Planning and project management skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work location OFFICE & SITE
Working experiences • Experience in coordinating large scale events and leading
a team is required for this role.

Reporting To Team Lead Project Planning
Duties and Responsibilities - Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to
develop detailed project plans.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop cost estimates for project activities and resources.
- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with
the overall financial goals.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including critical
path analysis.
- Monitor and update project schedules regularly to reflect
progress and changes.
- Identify and assess potential risks to the project.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Monitor and allocate resources efficiently.
- Ensure that resources are utilized optimally to meet project
objectives.
- Track project progress against the planned schedule and
budget.
- Generate regular status reports for project stakeholders.
- Assess and manage changes to the project scope, schedule,
or budget.
- Implement change control processes to minimize project
disruptions.
- Establish and monitor quality control processes.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the specified quality
standards.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams,
stakeholders, and management.

- Provide updates on project status, issues, and risks.


- Establish and maintain a document control system for
project-related documentation.
- Ensure that project documentation is organized, accessible,
and up to date.
- Analyze project performance data to identify trends and
areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance project
efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of contracts.
- Monitor contractor performance and compliance with
contractual agreements.
- Ensure that all project components are integrated
seamlessly.
- Coordinate activities across different project phases and
disciplines.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and project
management methodologies.
- Provide training and guidance to project team members as
needed.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and
key stakeholders.
- Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with project
outcomes.
