As indicated in Electrical BP Revisions package 2024-04-19 there is a 200A 120/208V 3Ø 4W point provided
by base building to the water feature.

All electrical past the single point connection is by the water feature designer.

There is a power distribution panel required as per PTA-2 drawing 11252-IFT-WF-510 but there are no
specs, single line or panel schedule provided for this. A cash allowance of $1600 has been carried for the
REASON FOR RFI:
supply and install of a 3ph, 4w, 120/208v, 400a,42cct branch power panel including the tub, interior and
cover.

RECOMMENDED Provide a design detailing the panel requirments including a panel schedule, voltage rating, phases,
SOLUTION: amperage rating, kA rating, circuit count requirment and breaker requirements for connected loads
