Key financial information

This agreement commences on 26/06/2021 and has no fixed or minimum duration.

The initial credit limit will be set at the amount of your insurance premium funded under the agreement being
£129.08. We may vary the credit limit from time to time if the premium payable under the policy changes, for
example as a result of mid-term adjustments. We will notify you when this happens.

The total amount payable is £172.08.

You will have paid an advance payment (deposit) of £27.38 when purchasing your policy.

The total charge for credit is £15.62. This charge is included in your monthly instalments.

The total amount of credit is payable over 10 instalments where a new insurance policy is being taken out and 12
instalments where an existing insurance policy is being renewed. The first monthly repayment of £14.47 payable on
26/07/2021 followed by 9 monthly repayments of £14.47 due on the 26th day of each consecutive month. The
amount of the minimum monthly repayment will change if the credit limit changes, for example as a result of
mid-term adjustments. We will notify you when this happens. The dates of repayments may alter following renewal of
your insurance policy. We will notify you when this happens.

The annual percentage rate (APR) is 28.8%.

Other financial information

This credit provided under the agreement is to finance the premium on your esure home insurance policy, number
85714785.

We charge 12.1% interest per annum (fixed) on the amount of credit. This charge is included in your minimum
monthly payments. Interest is calculated on the basis of the policy term and applied to the amount of credit on the
date of this agreement or the date of renewal in the case of a renewed policy. For mid-term adjustments, interest will
be calculated and applied on any increased credit on the basis of the remaining policy term. If you make a change to
your policy that changes your premium, we will charge 12.1% interest per annum on the revised amount of credit.

In working out the APR and the total amount payable we have assumed that credit up to the initial credit limit is
provided in full at the beginning of this agreement and repaid in full by monthly repayments over 12 months.

The cash price for the initial 12 month insurance policy is £156.46.

Key information
If you default on payment, the credit broker may charge you for any reasonable legal or other costs they incur in
recovering the debt, including a fee for their reasonable additional administration costs. Please refer to Your
Agreement with esure Services Limited for the charges payable.

Agreement regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974
for Running Account Credit (continued)
Terms of the Agreement

1 Credit Limit
The credit limit can be varied by us from time to time where we finance any subsequent or additional insurance
premiums under this agreement. When we increase the credit limit we will notify you in writing and we will recalculate
your monthly repayment to ensure the credit limit is repaid over the relevant policy term. We will write to tell you the
amount of your monthly repayment and new credit limit.

2 Payment
You agree to pay us the amount you borrow by making monthly repayments, by means of Direct Debit, in the amounts
and at the times shown above. If you are late paying an instalment, you will pay us, if we so require, interest on the
instalment from when it was due until when it was paid at the rate of the interest rate set out above. Late and missed
payments could have severe consequences and make obtaining credit more difficult.

3 Your right to repay and to settle the agreement

In addition to your minimum monthly payment, you can make any repayment of credit at any time.

You may also settle this agreement at any time in full or in part by notifying us by telephone or in writing of your
intention to do so. Once we receive your instructions, we will calculate the amount due less any applicable rebate.

4 Default
It is essential that you make all payments due to us as set out in Clause 2 above. If you fail to make payments to us as
they fall due, or if we have been unable to collect the instalment payment(s) due under this Agreement on the date(s)
due, we will write to you in order to give you the opportunity to make the payment(s).
If you then fail to make the payments due to us within the time stated, we have the right
a) to demand immediate payment of the unpaid balance of the total debt and any applicable fees less any
applicable rebate; and/or
b) to terminate this credit agreement.
If you repeatedly make your payments late, we may demand immediate payment of all outstanding payments.

5 Our right to end the agreement

We may also end this credit agreement by giving you 14 days’ notice in writing if: -
a) You commit an act of bankruptcy (such as failing to pay a debt as ordered by a court);
b) Any information about you which you provided proves incomplete or inaccurate;
c) Any other circumstances arise which may reasonably lead us to believe that your obligations will not be met;
d) The Direct Debit is cancelled or not maintained in accordance with the provisions of Clause 2;
e) You fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement; or
f) You break the terms of the insurance policy

In the notice of termination, we will give you the reasons for termination and a statement showing the amounts
outstanding less any applicable rebate. If the outstanding debt is not settled within 14 days, we will cancel your
contract for insurance and any ancillary services paid for with the credit provided.

Any applicable refund or rebate as a result of such cancellation will be used to reduce your debt under this agreement.

6 Cancellation of insurance policy

If your insurance policy is cancelled this will automatically terminate this agreement resulting in the unpaid balance of
the total debt and any applicable fees less any applicable rebate becoming immediately due.

7 Relaxing the terms

We may relax the terms of the agreement temporarily but such relaxation shall not be deemed to be a permanent
relaxation and we may at any subsequent time choose to enforce the terms strictly again.

8 Assignment
We may assign our rights and responsibilities to another person.
