There is no non conformity here.
There is however a deficiency in audit plan. Audits are expected to be planned on the
basis of status and importance of the processes to be audited. Having the same audit
plan for 3 successive audits indicates that previous status was not taken into
consideration in subsequent audits.
CASE STUDY 3 NUMAN COMPANY
There are non conformities here of lack of communication, management plan,emission
and water contamination

1. Lack of evidence of communication with external communities on its
environmental impacts in Numan drink manufacturing company as required by
ISO 14001 2015 clause 7.4.3
2. No evidence of identification of emissions to air causing foul smell in Numan and
environs is s maintained as required by 6.1.2 of ISO 14001 2015
3. No evidence of identification of release of contaminant to water as a significant
aspect that in Numan and environs will require control is maintained contrary to
ISO 14001 2015 requirement of clause 6.1.2
4. No evidence of documented environmental management plan to control
emissions to air and contamination of water in Numan drink manufacturing
company as required by clause 6..2.2 of ISO 14001 2015
