EMERGENCY ROAD MAINTENANCE & SEALING OF 7KM OF
NORIKORI TO KORONA IN OBURA WONENARA DISTRICT OF
EASTERN HIGHLANDS PROVINCE

We refer to your invitation for us to provide you with our tender in relation to the
captioned subject above.

We offer to undertake the above works for the sum of Nine Million, Eight Hundred
and Eighty – Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred and Sixty – Seven Kina and Forty –
Seven Toea (K 9, 889, 867.47) inclusive of 10% GST. Subject to nature of emergency,
we intend to complete the whole of the works within Twelve (12) months period.

The following are appended for your consideration and approval: -

a) Priced Bill of Quantities

b) Cash Flow and Payment Schedule

We confirm that a Bid Security was not required with the tender and therefore not
included with our tender.

Should our tender be accepted by you, we would require that the Advance Payment
of Twenty-Five (25%) precent of the accepted Contract sum be paid as stipulated per
the Contract Data.
