Parties: Divyam Hans (IPMX17068) and Gaurav Siddharth (IPMX17069)

We believe this treaty symbolizes our commitment to each other's

success and the value we place on our friendship. By entering into
this agreement, we aim to motivate and celebrate each other's
achievements in a tangible and meaningful way.
Preamble

This treaty is entered into by and between Divyam Hans and Gaurav Siddharth,
collectively referred to as "the Parties," with the mutual understanding and agreement of
the following terms and conditions.

Clause 1: Gift Obligations

1.1 If either Party secures a job with an annual compensation of INR 40,00,000 (Forty
Lakh) or more:
Divyam Hans will gift Gaurav Siddharth a Lamy pen worth INR 2,500.
Gaurav Siddharth will gift Divyam Hans a messenger bag worth INR 2,500.
1.2 If either Party secures a job with an annual compensation of INR 50,00,000 (Fifty
Lakh) or more:
Divyam Hans will gift Gaurav Siddharth two Lamy pens worth INR 5,000.
Gaurav Siddharth will gift Divyam Hans Nike shoes worth INR 5,000.

Clause 2: Binding Condition

2.1 This treaty shall become binding and enforceable only if both Parties secure jobs with
an annual compensation of INR 40,00,000 (Fifty Lakh) or more.
2.2 If the condition stated in Clause 2.1 is not met, the obligations under Clause 1 are still
binding between the Parties.

Clause 3: Mutual Consent

3.1 If none of the conditions stated in Clause 1 are met, this treaty may still be invoked
based on mutual consent between the Parties.

Clause 4: Execution Date

4.1 This treaty shall be executed and become effective on the day when both Parties
secure their respective jobs.

Clause 5: Flexibility in Gift Items

5.1 The specified gift items may be changed, provided that the new items are within the
stated price limits.
