The following items take precedence over requirements for the above named Invitation to Bid (ITB).
Where any item called for in the ITB documents is supplemented here, the original requirements, not
affected by this addendum, shall remain in effect.

1. Can you please send the bid tab for quote request 7141-24-15?

2. May I have the low voltage verified for the single phase pad items? The spec references 3
bushings which would be 240/120, the common configuration, the RFQ has 120/240 which
would be with 4 bushings

Single phase pad mount what we use is 2 bushings hot 1grounding bushing 120/240 secondary
side.

3. Would you accept our transformers built overseas which meet NEMA, ANSI and IEEE
standards?

We are willing to evaluate any transformers meeting the requirements of the specs and
following Section 1, points 3 and 4, if offering an approved equal to be considered.
