RESOLUTION NO. ____

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SK CHAIRMAN OF
BARANGAY SAN ISIDRO TO BORROW THE AMOUNT OF
SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 75,000.00) FROM
THE BARANGAY FUND FOR THE PARTIAL PAYMENT OF
THE REFEREE OF LAST SUMMER LEAGUE 2024

WHEREAS, the SK Chairman of Barangay San Isidro is

committed to ensuring the successful completion of all
Sangguniang Kabataan activities and the proper compensation
of involved personnel;

WHEREAS, the SK Chairman, King Jazpher B. Zalavarria,

has proposed to borrow funds to partially pay the referee for
the Summer League 2024 due to the insufficiency of the current
SK budget;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion duly seconded,

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that the SK

Chairman of Barangay San Isidro is authorized to borrow the
amount of Php 75,000.00 from the Barangay fund for the sole
purpose of partially paying the referee of the Summer League
2024.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the borrowed fund from

the Barangay Fund shall be subject to terms and conditions:

a. The borrowed fund shall be paid thru installment, Php

25,000.00 over the following months of July, August, and
September.
b. That the SK Chairman shall submit a report to the SK body
within thirty (30) days after the completion of the repayment,
detailing the utilization of the borrowed funds.

c. That the Sangguniang Kabataan commits to the transparent

and accountable use of the borrowed funds. A detailed
liquidation report will be submitted to the Sangguniang
Barangay

HEREBY CERTIFY to the veracity and correctness of the
foregoing Resolution Numbered 07. Series of 2024 which was
duly adopted by the Sangguniang Kabataan during its Regular
Session held on January 14, 2024 at Sangguniang Barangay
