Greetings!

I hope you are doing well. My name is John Carlo Kenneth Dalisay, an alumnus of
this esteemed institution. With so much joy and gratitude, I am delighted to inform
you that I recently graduated from the Officer Candidate Course (OCC)
“ARAMSIDLAK” Class 60-2024 at the Officer Candidate School (OCS), Training and
Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Camp O’ Donnell, Capas Tarlac on 15 June 2024.

My achievement to become an Army Officer is an attestation of how I have been

finely shaped and nurtured by Technological Institute of the Philippine – Quezon
City. Honestly, I have always wanted to be back here and share my experiences to
the quality students of my Alma Mater.

Thus, I respectfully ask for permission to conduct an Information Drive at a time

convenient for the students for the intent of acquainting and encouraging individuals
who are willing to join the military service and make a difference by serving the
people and securing the land.
