TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to certify that, I, APRIL JOY C. SEBASTIAN has assumed office as the
Acting Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson of Barangay Malabor, Municipality of
Tibiao, Antique effective the 25th day of May 2024. Due to the temporary leave of absence
of SK Chairperson Merry Joyce P. Amar effective May 25, 2024 until June 25, 2024.

That my assumption to office is based on the Implementing Rules and Regulations of

Republic Act 10742 otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 and
the DILG Memorandum Circular 2023-166.
