AFFIDAVIT

We, LOURDES G. PAJARES & JUANITO A. PAJARES, both of legal

age, married to each other, Filipino citizens, and residents of Brgy. Anito,
Gamay, Northern Samar, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
the law do hereby depose and state:

1. That we are the Plaintiffs on the civil case for recovery of ownership
against Princesa T. Capoquian, Bartolome L. Capoquian Sr. and
Bartolome Capoquian Jr. filed within the Municipal Circuit Trial Court
of Gamay – Lapinig – Mapanas;

2. That in the event that the Court awards attorney’s fees and
payment of the costs of suit we are hereby assigning it and making
it payable to the Public Attorney’s Office which will eventually be
deposited as a Trust Fund for the Public Attorney’s Office at the
National Treasury;

3. That this is pursuant to OCA Circular No. 123-2023 issued by the

Supreme Court on March 20, 2023 and also as per Republic Act No.
9406;

4. That we are hereby assigning the said fees to the Public Attorney’s
Office because we were able to avail of their free legal services and
because of the excellent service that they have rendered.
