Asynchronous Learning April 30, 2024


Accomplishment Report
SY 2023 - 2024
I. Introduction:

On April 30, 2024, the second day of asynchronous learning was


implemented in response to the nationwide transport strike and the
forecasted heat index by PAGASA. This report details the activities
conducted during this period across different grade levels of Dumabel
Integrated School Junior High School.

II. Summary of SDRRM Activities

The day included the delivery of video lessons, follow-ups on previous


assessments on Grade 8, Grade 9 and Grade 10, and the facilitation of an
activity in Araling Panlipunan 9 (Ekonomiks). Additionally, technical support
was provided to students to enable access to learning tools on their Android
devices.

III. Narrative Report:

Grade 7: Video lessons adapted from YouTube were sent to Grade 7


students, focusing on the topic of Measure of Variability, also known as
Measure of Dispersion. These lessons were reviewed to ensure alignment
with the students' learning needs and preferences.

Grade 8: Follow-up was conducted with Grade 8 students regarding


their answers and submission of the 20-item summative test on
Mendelian Genetics administered the previous day.

Grade 9: Similarly, Grade 9 students were reminded to submit


their Science Summative Test on Projectile Motion, and Momentum and
Impulse Problems from the previous day. At 2:00 PM, an activity was
assigned for Araling Panlipunan 9 (Ekonomiks), focusing on an open-
ended question regarding Pambansang Kaunlaran.

Grade 10: Follow-up was carried out with Grade 10 students to


ensure the submission of their summative exam. Additionally, reminders
were reiterated regarding the submission process.

Technical Assistance: Online assistance was provided to learners


on activating Microsoft 365, enabling them to access learning tools on
their Android devices and participate effectively in asynchronous classes.

IV. Conclusion and Impact to Learning:

The second day of asynchronous learning on April 30, 2024, demonstrated


continued commitment to academic progress despite external disruptions. By
delivering tailored video lessons, conducting follow-ups on assessments, and
facilitating engaging activities, students remained actively engaged in their
education, fostering continuity in learning despite the challenging
circumstances. But despite all the efforts there are several learners who didn’t
comply with the task given.
