My name is Khanh Minh Nguyen and I am a third-year student majoring in Tourism and
Hospitality Management at Hanoi University. Through this letter, I am writing to express my
earnest desire to join your esteemed internship program in Italy and the reasons why I decided to
apply for this.

To begin with, the internship program stands out to me for its unique focus on providing immersive
experiences in the management of high-end hospitality services and introducing interns to the
complexities of operating in a global tourism environment. I am particularly enthusiastic about the
prospect of gaining hands-on experience in these areas, which are critical to understanding the
multi-faceted nature of the international hospitality industry.

Secondly, my academic journey has been strongly focused on Restaurant Management and Food
and Beverage Services, subjects that have provided me with a solid foundation in the hospitality
sector. Coupled with my experience as a part-time employee at a travel agency, I have developed
a keen understanding of the industry's demands and dynamics. Moreover, my involvement in
extracurricular activities, notably with the TRC HANU - Tourism Community, has not only
enriched my understanding of the tourism sector but also fostered my adaptability and teamwork
skills. Also, I am proficient in English (IELTS 6.5) which will aid me in adapting to the
multicultural context of this program.

Thirdly, I believe that this internship will serve as an essential stepping stone in my career. It offers
a unique chance to apply my academic knowledge in real-world scenarios and learn from industry
professionals, preparing me for future professional endeavours. During the internship, I commit to
dedicating my time and efforts to excel in assigned tasks as well as bringing enthusiasm and fresh
perspectives to your organisation.
