MINUTES ON THE CONDUCT OF

PARENTS’ ORIENTATION AND 1ST HRPTA MEETING
GRADE 8 - CHERRY
School Year 2022 – 2023

Date: September 5, 2022

Time: 1:00 PM
Venue: SMNHS, Grade 8 – Cherry Classroom

Prior to the HRPTA Meeting, the adviser reminds the parents to follow the protocols posted around the classroom for safety and
guidance.

The meeting started at 1:30PM with a prayer lead by one of the attendees and followed by signing of attendance sheet. Then,
introduction and presentation of agenda was discussed.

AGENDA:

1. DepEd Mission, Vision, and Core Values

It is one of the school goals to inculcate to the students as well as the parents on the significance and purpose of DepEd
Mission, Vision, and Core Values. The teacher emphasized the building of the character among students in order for them to
become valuable citizens of the community.

2. Programs and Projects

a. Project CREATE
The teacher reminds the parents of the project in which it aims to help students improve students’ reading skills and to lessen
the number of students who belong to the frustration level. It is one of the main goals of the school that everybody must an
independent reader.

3. Gulayan sa Paaralan Project (GPP)

They should develop the assigned area and plant them with the plant assigned by the GPP coordinator.

4. Orientation on the Homeroom Guidance Program

a. The distribution and retrieval of modules will be scheduled by the subject teachers.
b. Consultations and follow-ups will be conducted once a week.

5. Haircut, School uniform, and Dress code

Wearing of School uniform is highly encouraged for safety, protection, and identification.
Haircut will be implemented through SSG.
Dress code was discussed through descriptions.

6. Election of Officers
Election was presided by the adviser.

7. Other matters
The teacher announced to the parents on the lacking documents upon enrollment to submit them as soon as possible for
recordings.

Meeting adjourned at 3:20PM.
