PARENTS’ ORIENTATION AND 1ST HRPTA MEETING
GRADE 8 - CHERRY
School Year 2022 – 2023

Date: February 24, 2023

Time: 1:00 PM
Venue: SMNHS, Grade 8 – Cherry Classroom

The meeting started at 1:30PM with a prayer lead by one of the attendees and followed by signing of attendance sheet. Then,
introduction and presentation of agenda was discussed.

AGENDA:

1. 2nd Quarter Convocation Program

Giving of awards to students who qualified as Achiever (with an average of 88-89) was done
successfully.
2. School Form 9 Distribution
SF 9 distribution then followed after the awarding.
3. Updates on Students’ Performances
Parents of students who needs assistance and follow-up were given an update through anecdotal report. Agreement between
parent and teacher were given emphasis.
4. Update on Students and Parents Accounts
Contributions, collections, and projects were presented and updated.
Projects: new brooms and water dispenser
5. Other Matters
Juniors Ball was proposed, and majority of the parents showed support to the said event.

Meeting adjourned at 2:45 PM. General Convocation Program and GPTA meeting then followed.
