resident at Masaya Norte, San Agustin, Isabela do hereby APPOINT, NAME, and
CONSTITUTE ANNABEL HAPA DAYAG, of legal age, married, Filipino, and resident
at Masaya Norte, San Agustin, Isabela; to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-
FACT, for us and in my name, place and stead to do and perform the following acts
and things:

1. To represent me in all proceedings, cases, confrontation, mediation,

conciliation, and other legal procedures relative to the loan application and release
at ARMED FORCES AND POLICE SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION, INC;
2. To make, sign, execute and deliver documents and other writings of relative
to the loan application and release from ARMED FORCES AND POLICE SAVINGS &
LOAN ASSOCIATION, INC;

irrevocable authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or
about the premises, as full to all intents and purposes as we might or could
