PAYMENT AGREEMENT

TO: MARTHON DANIEL ZALDIVAR
RE: PAYMENT FOR CAR RENTAL AND CAR DAMAGES

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This PAYMENT AGREEMENT, made on the 12th day of April 2024 by and between MS. ALYSSA MARIZ
ALMANON, hereinafter referred to as the RENTER, and MR. MARTHON DANIEL ZALDIVAR, hereinafter referred
to as the RENTEE.

The parties agree as follows:

1. CAR RENTAL. That is, the rentee agrees to the renter’s demand amounting to PHP 13,500.00 (the “rent,” which
is 1,500/day) for a total of 9 days, excluding the day of the car’s possession, Fridays (car coding), and the day of
the rentee’s family member’s burial.

2. CAR DAMAGES. That is, the rentee agrees to be fully responsible and liable for all the damages incurred within
the day(s) of rental, which are listed below:
a. REAR BUMPER.
b. HOOD.

A breakdown of the demand and amount to be paid is as follows:

CAR RENTAL: Total amount of 13,500.00 wherein 4,500 is to be paid on or before MAY 5, 2024, and full
payment of the balance is on MAY 20, 2024.
CAR DAMAGES: The rear bumper and hood shall be amended on or before MAY 5, 2024.

Upon signing this letter, both parties formalize the agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of
understanding and will serve as a binding contract upon acceptance. Any communication about this matter shall
be further discussed and resolved amicably by both parties without the need for further action.

If the renter did not hear from the rentee by the agreed-upon deadline, the renter would have no choice but to
file a lawsuit. This letter serves as an official notice and may be tendered in court as evidence of a failure of
cooperation.
