"A RESOLUTION SUBMITTING THE TOP FIVE (5) PRIORITY PROJECTS OF BARANGAY C, BORONGAN CITY,
EASTERN SAMAR FOR CALENDAR YEAR”

WHEREAS, The Barangay Development Council (BDC) has agreed and prepared the List of Priority
Projects to be funded by Barangay Bottom-Up Budgeting Project in 2024;

WHEREAS, the identified projects, after consultation with the BDC members present are found to be in
line with the development policies and properties of the barangay government;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Honorable JESSIE CEPEDA ALIDO, duly seconded by the Council, BE IT:
RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved, to approve the list of Top Five (5) priority projects of Barangay C,
Borongan City, Eastern Samar, as listed below:

1. Construction of Barangay C Multi-Purpose Hall (F. Abella Street)

2. Purchase of Mini Dump Truck (Serviceable for garbage pick-ups within Barangay C)

3. Purchase of Lot (E. Cinco Street)

4. Construction of Gymnasium (E. Cinco Street)

“A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FUND REALIGNMENT FROM OTHER

SERVICES AMOUNTING (5,000.00) UNDER MOOE TO AUGMENT THE TRAVELING
EXPENSES OF THE PUNONG BARANGAY TO ATTEND THE NATIONAL
CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON CIVIL REGISTRATION IN CITYSTATE
ASTURIAS HOTEL PALAWAN, PUERTO PRINCESA, PALAWAN”
Whereas,
Whereas, the equipment that the office is solely using for office works since 2020 is defectively
working and the maintenance is costly;
Whereas, it is imperative to purchase the office equipment to avoid further damages and sustain
the administrative operations and quality of service;
Whereas, this body acting favorably on the recommendation of the Committee of Finance and
Appropriation for the approval of the realignment of funds subject to existing rules and
regulations of Budget Operation Manuals of Barangays;
NOW THEREFORE, ON MOTION OF HON. KENN N. VILLANUEVA, CHAIRMAN OF
FINANCE AND APPROPRIATIONS AND WAS JOINTLY SECONDED BY HON. JOHN
RIC B. ESTROBO AND HON. NHIL C. BENCTIO, BE IT;
RESOLVE AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT THE FUND REALIGNMENT FROM
FABRICATION OF TENT AMOUNTING (25,000.00) UNDER CAPITAL OUTLAY TO
PURCHASE OFFICE EQUIPMENT FROM THE PAST YEAR 2022 ANNUAL BUDGET,
BE APPROVED.
