Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) Grade G3 or G2.

• Scope of works, including:

 Repainting Works (Masjid Sultan Iskandar)
 Road Marking (Roadworks)

• Tender Deposit and Tender Document are free of charge.

• Date for Completion: Three (3) weeks from the Date of Possession of
Site.

• The Tenderer shall fully complete and submit the Tender Document in the following
manner: -
a) Volume 1 – Contract Conditions and Requirements (NOT TO BE SUBMITTED)
b) Volume 2 – Tenderer’s Capability Document (TO BE SUBMITTED)
c) Volume 3 – Tenderer’s Price Document (TO BE SUBMITTED)
• The Tenderer shall submit the Tender Document on 12 March 2024 before or not
later than 12:00 noon.
