 People’s names (Mary, Bill, Gregory, Dylan) start with
CAPITAL LETTERS.
 Animal’s names (Rex, Garfield, Flecha) start with CAPITAL
LETTERS.
 Names of places (New York, Mississipi River, Medina Lake)
start with CAPITAL LETTERS.

COUNTRIES AND NATIONALITIES :

Examples:
Country: Mary is from England.
Nationality: They are Albanian.
Adjective: The Italian pizza is very famous.
Citizen(Person): John is a Frenchman.
Language: I speak German very well

Attention 📢

“Nationality” não é comumente usado no Inglês falado do dia-a-dia.


É uma palavra mais formal e usada no Inglês escrito.
Ao invés de “What’s your nationality?” “His nationality is Brazilian.”
Use “Where are you from?” / “Where do you come from?” “He is
Brazilian.”
ORDINAL NUMBERS :
Os números ordinais são aqueles números usados para se referir
a um lugar ou a posição ocupada por alguém ou alguma coisa
dentro de uma determinada série numérica.
Os números ordinais também são usados em Inglês para:
o Datas e aniversários (idade).
Ex: It's Mary's 9th Birthday.
o Nomes de Reis e Rainhas.
Ex: King Henry the Eighth
o Andares de um prédio.
Ex : Katie lives on the seventh floor.
