DLT + AI + Lean Startup Methodologies

Blockchain Laboratories uses Distributed Ledger Technology(DLT), AI

and Automation Software, with Lean Start Principles to launch and
scale Web3 Ventures. We leverage AI Agents, Automation Software,
MVPs, and hackathons to build teams and run our Ventures lean and
find product market fit.

Company Roles/Titles

1) Chief Executive Officer(CEO)

Time Commitment | Cash Investment Made/Making

Invested/invests their money to startup the Company and Ventures,

invests to fund operations for building and scaling the companies
Blockchain Laboratories Inc. owns. CEO receives cash commission
from referral Investments & Sales generated from referred deals.

Eligible for cash compensation:

20% Cash Commission on Investments/Sales Generated up to $1m in

Value,
10% Cash Commission on any amounts above $1m Value, no cap on
Commission

Roles/Activities:

CEO oversees fundraising strategy and the development of ventures,

and how the raised capital is used to incubate portfolio companies.
CEO attracts investments, does strategic planning of investment
thesis, plans venture’s strategy. CEO spearheads the fundraising
efforts for the Venture Studio and its companies, crafts the
investment strategy, works on pitch decks and presentations, and
meets with potential external investors to convince them to invest in
the Venture Studio directly or into its Ventures.

Responsibilities:

Write & Publish an article on the KeyWord Phrase Network(KWPN) at

least once per week

Share your articles, and other team members articles on LinkedIn and
other social networks at least once per week

Reach out personally to atleast 5 New Ideal

Investors/Partners/Customers a week

Watch at least 3 training videos on how to use AI/Cloud Tools for

increased productivity per week, and practice using the tools in
training videos.
2)Venture Consultant (VC)

No Time Commitment | No Cash Investment Required

Works(invests time) into the Company & Ventures for equity

compensation. VC receives cash commission from Investments &
Sales generated from referred deals.

Eligible for Equity Compensation:

369 Shares of Blockchain Laboratories Inc. Per Hour of Time Invested

Earns Equity Per Hour for invested Time working on Official Company
ToDo List items for the Company and its Ventures.

Eligible for Cash Compensation:

10% Cash Commission on Investments/Sales Generated up to $1m in

Value,

5% Cash Commission on any amounts above $1m Value, no cap on

Commission

Roles/Activities:

Attract investments, strategic planning of content for scaling ventures

in portfolio, works on bringing awareness to Blockchain Laboratories
Inc. and its Ventures. Assist in investment sourcing and attracting
external investors for the company and ventures. Participate in
strategic content creation for portfolio growth and scale the web3
ventures. Helping bring brand awareness for the company and
ventures by developing and executing strategies to raise awareness
for the venture studio and its ventures within target markets and
investment communities.

Responsibilities:

Write & Publish articles on the KeyWord Phrase Network(KWPN)

Share your articles, and other team members articles on LinkedIn and
other social networks

Reach out personally to (New) Ideal Investors/Partners/Customers

Watch training videos on how to use AI/Cloud Tools for increased

productivity

3) Board Director(LIMITED AVAILABILITY)

Monthly Commitments | Requires Cash Investment

Makes SAFE Investment to support startup costs, advises and makes

intros to potential partners and investors. Directors get a discounted
SAFE at $1m Valuation Cap because they are committing to helping
bring partners, customers, and investors to our Ecosystem for 3 years.

Required Investment:
$5k SAFE investment(0.005% equity in Blockchain Laboratories Inc.) 3
year role as a BD

$10k SAFE investment(0.01% equity in Blockchain Laboratories Inc.) 3

year role as a BD

Eligible for cash compensation:

10% Cash Commission on Investments/Sales Generated up to $1m in

Value,

5% Cash Commission on any amounts above $1m Value, no cap on

Commission

Role/Activities:

Provide strategic guidance to the company and its ventures. Works on

developing partnerships, helps with product market fit and customer
development strategies.

Responsibilities:

Share your articles, and other team members articles on LinkedIn and

Reach out personally to (New) Ideal Investors/Partner/Customer

Watch training videos on how to use AI/Cloud Tools for increased

4) Referral Marketer

Works freelance promoting Company and Venture Landing Pages and

KWPN Blogs for cash commission on engagement results generated
and tracked.

Eligible for cash compensation:

5% Cash Commission on Investments/Sales Generated up to $1m in

Value,

5% Cash Commission on any amounts above $1m Value, no cap on

Commission
