Briefing Points for the 1st Session
1. Your official zoom account shall be linked with Calendly, the class links shall be
shared with students by their respective coordinators, and once the session is
reserved you’ll be able to view your class schedule on your Calendar. The student
will the Meeting ID & the class reminders on his/her mail automatically.
3. The first class should work as an effective orientation and should set the pace of all
the classes. Be sure to explain reading logs, articles, and Student response sheet
(how homework is to be submitted)
4. If there is any ambiguity about class schedule, coordinate with the prep manager well
before the class begins.
5. After every class, the agenda has to be updated on ERP along with the student
feedback. Please check if ERP entry has been created before the classes begin and
if not ask the prep manager to do so.
8. Video quality: The video should be of adequate quality with proper lighting. The
background should be pleasing with minimum noise and disturbance. Virtual
backgrounds can be used too.
10. Internet connection: Wifi with speed of 100 mbps should be available for seamless
conduct of classes.
13. Please note: Math tutor’s to specifically check availability of GDC (along with Model
no.) in the very first session and mention the same in the feedback & the group.
14. Every student has a specific requirement for the classes, please don’t scheduled the
next session with the student until specifically instructed by the prep manager.
