In accordance with Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, also known as the Sangguniang
Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, you are hereby appointed as Sangguniang Kabataan
Secretary of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Isidro II, Municipality of
Paombong, Province of Bulacan.

Effective upon taking the oath of office and completing the Sangguniang Kabataan
Mandatory Training (SKMT), and shall serve in such capacity with all the rights,
privileges, and responsibilities attendant thereto until the end of the office term of
the appointing authority, unless sooner removed for cause.
