A. SUCCESS STORY: We were assigned at the Concierge to assist the guests on their luggages.

B. CHALLENGING STORY: We have to assist a huge number of guest today.

A. SUCCESS STORY: Still at the concierge area. Also tasked to open door the arriving guest.
