date. It can be seen that your above continuous absenteeism has been for days.

However, you have not reported for duty till date and have chosen to remain
absent. From your conduct it is established that you are no more interested to
continue to work with us.

As mentioned in our earlier letters, your casual approach towards duties &
unauthorized absenteeism from work has affected the efficiency of the
