Please do not bring your dog bed, bowl or any other belongings apart from his/her Leash & Collar
and favourite toy if he/she has one.

Please treat your pet with ticks & flea tab/shot before boarding at BOWBOW

Please shower your pet after you take them home.

Updates will be given once regularly but not on demands also we do not provide video calling
facility.

No visitors are allowed to see the pet until any emergency or we call on the emergency number
provided in the booking form.

If your pet gets tick and fleas at BOWBOW please notify us instantly as its going to be the first time
and we will check the ticks and fleas treatment details provided by you in the form.

Your pet’s stay at BOWBOW will be confirmed once we receive the filled form along with the
Vaccination card, pet photo, Owners ID and 100% deposit (We refund 100% in case of cancellation
with no conditions) Payments are accepted by Cash, Cheque and online transfers.
