We celebrate today a new beginning. In this special occasion, we offer to God the
gift of ourselves as we cherish the joys and expectations of the present moments. Let us then
look back and reminisce the toils and travails of times past. Let us not forget our
parents, mentors, and other persons whose passion, dedication, and guidance have molded
us to become gifted individuals, as well as faithful citizens of the Kingdom. As we commence
our journey to build a better world, let us remember the cherished traditions of our
beloved Alma Mater: SENATOR NIÑOY AQUINO COLLEGE FOUNDATION its
c o m p e t e n c e , c r e a t i v i t y , c o m m u n i t y s u p p o r t i v e n e s s , a n d Christian discipleship.
How good it is to celebrate this moment of joy and this season of grace! Blessed indeed is the
God of life and love! Together with our presider Rev. Fr. Jefferson C. Nadua, OMI let us all stand

Presider: Jesus Christ, our Lord, we come to You in sorrow for our
sins, and confess to You our weakness and unbelief.

Lord, we offer you these schoolbooks to symbolize all we have learned and
will learn. It reminds us of all our schoolwork, and the teachers who worked
hard to help us.
A BOWL OF SEEDS
Lord, we offer you this bowl of seeds which represents our first years here in
Notre Dame of Dukay and symbolizes our hopes for the future.
A PLANT
Lord, we offer you this plant that symbolizes the maturity and growth we have
experienced over the years here in Notre Dame of Dukay, Inc.
A BOWL OF SALT:
Lord, we offer you this bowl of Salt which symbolizes flavor. We ask
forgiveness this morning for the times when we failed to bring flavor into each
other’s lives and left them dull and tasteless.

STONE:
Lord, we offer you this stone which reminds us of the need to ask for
forgiveness for the times when we threw hard and cruel words at each other.

School Staff:

On behalf of the Senator Ninoy Aquino College Foundation . Administration,

Faculty and Staff school, I offer you the light of Wisdom. Carry this light from
this place to a world that stands in need of wisdom, a world that faces
decisions and choices never dreamt of in times past. Remember that
everything you learned in school was learned in the company of others. Be
open to the learning that is ahead of you. May you be a light of wisdom for
others. May you grow in a wisdom that will inspire you to find the good and
true. May this light of wisdom guide you during your exams and in your
future life on the road ahead.

Parent:

On behalf of all parents gathered here this day I offer you the light of love.
This is a light we lit for you a long time ago. It is the light you depended on in
those early days, the light you ran to, when things went wrong. The light that
was left on for you because you were afraid of the dark. This is the light that
waited up for you if you were late home. And the light that was always there
even though sometimes, just sometimes, you wish it wasn’t! And when you
find that the light is flickering, blown about by the troubles of life, remember
that there will always be a light burning for you in that place called home.

Medals, Certificates and Diplomas:

We, the graduating students, present with joy these diplomas, medals,
certificates, and other school awards for which we worked during our high
school years. We ask you to pray that they will always remind us of our duty
to serve God and country with zeal and loyalty.
Bread/Wine:
These are symbols of the fruit of the earth and of man’s labour. These
remind us of the work and toil that life entails. But in and through Jesus we
have the assurance that our toil will not be in vain.
Presider: Pray brothers and sisters, that our sacrifice may be acceptable to
God, the Almighty Father.

All: May the Lord accept the sacrifice at your hands for the p r a i s e a n d
g l o r y o f H i s n a m e , f o r o u r g o o d a n d f o r t h e good of all His
Church.

Presider: God of compassion, may the food and drink which Jesus gives us
change us into gifts to one another, that we

unselfish love and service be our offering to one another and to You,
today and everyday, on account of Your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Send-Off Ceremony,

The commissioning of our graduates to proclaim the Good News in words and
deeds as Snacfeans are sent to build a better world.

The assigned representatives come before the altar. The Presider lights
the candle of each representative from the altar candle. The song
“Pass It On” is sung. After all the candles are lighted the Presider says:

Presider: May your lighted candles remind you of Christ’s words,“You are the light
of the world.” Let your light shine before men and women that they may
see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.

All: Amen.
Commentator: We request the parents and the teachers to extend their right
hand as a sign of blessing for the graduates as we sing the hymn of
“Shine Jesus Shine”

Graduates: Lord Jesus Christ,/ You know us and You call us

You call/ and send us to build a better world. Make our spirit of love and service contagious / that it
may inspire people/ and attract them to You,/ our living and loving Savior./L e t Y o u r l i f e a n d
