Dear Ma’am/Sir,

Please be inform about an important matter regarding the drainage area near your property.
It has come to our attention that your house has been built above the drainage, which is
causing the obstruction and potential issues with the drainage system.

We understand that this may have been unintentional, and we appreciate your cooperation
in addressing this matter promptly. It is crucial for the proper functioning of the drainage
system that the area around it remains clear and unobstructed. This is not only important
for your property but also for the surrounding area to prevent any potential flooding or
water-related issues.

In order to rectify this situation, we kindly request that you take the necessary steps to clear
the area around the drainage within the next 15 days. This may involve relocating any
structures or landscaping that are obstructing the drainage.

In addition, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will commence their
project sooner on the rehabilitation of the drainage system from Bonifacio Residence to
National Highway. With that, we deeply needed your cooperation to take necessary action
which will not cause delay the implementation of the project by the government.

We look forward to your prompt attention to this matter and are confident that together we
can resolve this issue effectively.
