USG OF WHOLE ABDOMEN
Findings:
Liver: is normal in size (~12.1cm) and shows grade I fatty changes. No focal lesion seen. No evidence of
intrahepatic biliary radical dilatation seen. Portal vein is normal~11.0mm.
Gall Bladder: is normally distended. No calculus seen within the lumen. GB wall is normal in thickness.
CBD: is not dilated.
Pancreas: is normal in size and echotexture. MPD is not dilated.
Spleen: is normal in size (~8.1cm) and echotexture. No focal lesion seen.

Both kidneys: are normal in size and echotexture. CMD is intact. No calculus or hydronephrotic changes seen on
either side.
Right Kidney: ~9.8 x 3.9 cm
Left Kidney: ~9.1 x 4.7 cm

Urinary bladder: is distended. Lumen is echofree. UB wall is normal in thickness.

Prostate: is normal in size (Vol. ~9cc) & echotexture.

No ascites seen.
No evidence of significant lymphadenopathy.
Visualized bowel loops are normal.
Right iliac fossa shows a blind ended, tubular, aperistaltic structure, partially compressible with wall to
wall diameter ~7mm with surrounding echogenic fat. Features suggestive of subacute appendicitis.

IMPRESSION:-

Grade I fatty liver.
