Honoured Sir,

This is a case of “Brutal Murder” that occurred on the intervening night


of 20/21.04.2024 at Plot No. 229, 230, G-Layout, Sathish Society, Bowrampet
Village, GM-Dundigal Mandal, Medchal Dist. The place of offence which falls
under the limits of this PS and within the territorial jurisdiction of this Hon’ble
Court.

Facts of the case are that on 21.04.2024 at 2000 hours the complainant
Sri Mudavath Shekar S/o Late Ganya, Age: 22 years, Caste: ST-Lambada, Occ:
Private Employee, R/o: Near Hanuman Temple, 120 Yards, Gandimaisamma,
D. Pochampally, GM-Dundigal Mandal, Medchal Dist came to PS lodged a
complaint stating that that, 6 years ago his father was died due to heart attack
and six months ago he came to 120 Yards, Gandimaisamma along with
mother, brother and sister-in-law for their livelihood. The complainant eking
livelihood by doing as private employee in Flipkart, his mother Mudavath
Sakkubhai @ Sakki, brother Mudavath Anjya eking livelihood by doing labour
works. After marriage of complainant they are living separately, his mother,
elder brother and his wife are staying separately in another room, everyday his
mother and brother used to go for their labour works. Everyday he used to
speak with her mother over phone call, as usual on 21.04.2024 at 0700 hours
he called his mother on mobile number 9052304678, but she didn’t answer his
call. After that on the same day at about 11:00 Hrs his elder brother Anja made
a phone call from his mobile number 7093795765 and intimated that on
20.04.2024 night hours he got catering work at Miyapur due to which he along
with his mother started to go to Miyapur on his motor cycle, when they reached
near Gandimaisamma again he received a phone call that today catering work
has been canceled at that time her mother got down motor cycle and went to
met with her friend so far she did not return home. After that he called her
mobile number but she does not answer. On the same day at about 14:00 hrs
the complainant returned from his duty, he along with his elder brother
Anjya, his uncles Narsingh & Sreenu went to Gandimaisamma to search his
mother and while his elder brother was searching in the meantime his elder
brother and his uncle Srinu found a purse at Open plots, Satish Layout,
Bowrampet, immediately his elder brother informed the same to him, on that
immediately he rushed the said place and on seeing the purse he identified as
the said purse is belongs to his mother and some distance they also found
blood stains on the road. Then complainant tried to call his mother phone and
he heard sound from nearby open plot. He also found his mothers’ mobile
phone, voter ID, and in some distance he found his mother died in the water
sump which is newly constructing in the said plot. He strongly suspicious her
mother’s death as some unknown persons may killed her mother on the road
by used sharp weapon, thereafter they threw the body in the water sump by
pulled the body from the road. Hence he has requested to take necessary
action.

As per the contents of the above complaint the LW-21 Inspector of


Police, registered a case in Cr. No. 362/2024 U/Sec. 302, 201 IPC submitted
the Original FIR before the Hon’ble Court and all the concern and took up the
investigation.

During the course of investigation, the LW-21 Inspector of Police


examined the complainant LW-1 Sri. Mudavath Shekar who is the younger son
of deceased and recorded his detailed statement U/Sec. 161 Cr. P.C which was
incorporated in part-II CD. Further LW-21 has submitted a requisition to the
Inspector of Police, Clues Team, Medchal Zone, Cyberabad with a request to
visit the scene of offence with his team. Then LW-21 proceeded to the scene of
offence situated at Plot No. 229, 230, G-Layout, Sathish Society, Bowrampet
Village, GM-Dundigal Mandal, Medchal Dist.

The scene of offence in this case is the open plots i.e. Plot No. 229, 230,
situated at G-Layout, Sathish Society, Bowrampet Village, GM-Dundigal
Mandal, Medchal Dist which is towards Western side and 3 KM distance from
Dundigal PS. In which a single room has been constructed in the said plot
towards North & Eastern side and also newly constructing one water sump
with cement pipes towards North-Western side direction, the female body was
found in the said water sump. The Northern side is 30 feet road, the eastern
side is having open plot, the western side is having road and the southern side
is also having open plot. Found one blood stained cement brick in the road,
also found blood stains in the road, found green colour pieces of bangles,
found single chappal, one Samsung key pad mobile phone and also found one
voter ID in the scene of offence, also found dragged marks from the road to
sump. The clues team also visited the scene of offence. Then the LW-21
Inspector of Police have secured in presence of two mediators LW-6 Sri. Peesari
Krishna Reddy & LW-7 Sri. Mallappagari Harinath Reddy drawn the rough
sketch conducted scene of offence panchanama. Further with help of clues
team of L.Ws-16 & 17 the LW-21 Inspector of Police seized the blood stained
cement brick, one chappal, Samsung Key pad mobile phone, pieces of green
colour bangles, two nos of blood stains shaving blades, one blood stained mask
and purse from the scene of offence under cover of scene of offence
panchanama also collected the blood samples i.e. blood samples collected from
the road, control earth collected from road, blood samples collected from the
scene near house and also collected control earth, also collected blood and
control nearby the water sump. Thereafter removed the dead body from the
water sump and found that the dead body of deceased has received cut injuries
on her neck and injuries on her head. The clues team also collected the blood
samples from the wound of deceased and also collected the water from the
sump for sample. Further on instructions the clues team incharge LW-16 has
took the photographs & video graphs of the entire scene of offence under the
provision of the certificate of 65 (B) IE Act.

Subsequently the LW-21 Inspector of Police has shifted the dead body to
Gandhi Mortuary, Secunderabad to preserve the body for conduct inquest and
PME due to late night.

On the following day i.e. 22.04.2024 in the morning hours the LW-21
Inspector of Police again proceeded to the scene of offence and re-constructed
the scene of offence and seized one slipper and two pairs of hand gloves. From
there LW-21 proceeded to Gandhi Hospital, Secunderabad, where the LW-21
has examined the blood relatives of deceased LW-2 Smt. Mudavath Savithri
wife of LW-1, LW-3 Sri. Dalavath Narsingh he is the cousin brother of
deceased, LW-4 Sri. Ramavath Gopilal he is the cousin brother of deceased and
Mudavath Srinivas he also cousin brother of deceased and recorded their
detailed statements which were incorporated in part-II CDs. Further LW-21 has
held inquest over the body of the deceased in the presence of the LW-8 Smt.
Katravath Meena & LW-9 Sri. Nenavath Ravi. After inquest on requisition the
LW-10 Associate Professor, Department of Forensic Medicine, Gandhi Medical
College, Secunderabad conducted autopsy on the dead body of the deceased
and also preserved the vaginal swabs and vulval swabs for chemical
examination. After completion of PME the LW-21 has seized the cloths of the
deceased under cover of seizure panchanama and the dead body was handed
over to the relatives of deceased for final rights under proper acknowledgement.

Returned to PS the LW-21 was formed special teams and pressed them
into action and also deputed the CCTV technicians with instructions to verify
the CC cameras in the surroundings of the scene of offence. The LW-21 himself
led a separate team and started a hunt for the accused and verified the CCTV
cameras at Gandimaisamma and noticed that on 21.04.2024 between 21:15 to
21:30 Hrs the elder son of deceased Mudavath Anjya took the deceased on his
motor towards Bowrampet side on motor cycle. In continuation of the said
CCTV footage LW-21 with the help of LW-20 has verified the CCTV cameras
near HP Patrol punp, Bowrampet X road and noticed that the elder son of
deceased with her mother were entered into the Sathish Society open plots by
following another two persons and after some time exit from the said Sathish
society without deceased. Immediately the LW-21 has secured presence of two
mediators LWs. 12 & 13 and seized the said three Nos of CCTV footages by
took the footage into the Pen drive separately from the DVR under cover of
seizure panchanama at the instance of LW.20 who allotted as CCTV Technician
the investigation is in progress to nab the culprits on 23.04.2024 in the
morning hours the LW-11 Sri. Jasnagama Rajesh came to PS and approached
the LW-21 Inspector of Police and stated that, after the commission of the
offence the accused A1 Mudavath Anjya who is the son of deceased met with
him at Gandimaisamma and revealed the facts that he was killed his mother
by engaged two persons A2 & A3 as his mother/deceased Mudavath Sakkubai
@ Sakri is having illegal affair with others, several times he has requested her
mother to stop illegal affair but her mother unable to listen her words and
continuing illegal affair with others, earlier two times red-handedly caught her
mother while she is staying in the house with another male person at that time
he reprimanded her not to do again, but there was no change attitude of her
mother. Further he added that he also addicted to online betting, and other
bad habits, his earnings are not sufficient to meet his expenses, his mother
also not giving money to him, her mother used to giving her earnings to
younger brother only, several times he has requested her mother to give her
earnings but she failed to give the money to him, due to which he vexed on his
mother’s attitude and he was decided to kill her mother anyway. As per his
plan he has engaged his two friends Kashiram & Sailu for an amount of Rs.
14,000/- to kill her mother and he is waiting for time to kill her mother. As per
his plan on 20.04.2024 in the night hours he met with his friends at
Gandimaisamma and they both hatched a plan to kill her mother during the
night of 20.04.2024. As per their plan they has purchased masks, and shaving
blade in the Kirana shop at Gadimaisamma, also purchased hand gloves in the
medical shops at Gandimaisamma. He has given Rs. 10,000/- in which
5,000/- given as cash, remaining 5,000/- has transferred through phone pay
to the mobile number of Kashiram 8106502534. Also he has given Rs. 5, 00/-
additional for liquor. From there he went to his house by inform them that he
will bring her mother to Gandimaisamma, thereafter he went to his house and
took her mother on his younger brother’s Bajaj NS 125 motor cycle by telling
guidable words that to go to catering work at Miyapur, her mother believed his
words, from there both started to Miyapur on motor cycle, when he reached
near Indian Petrol Pump, he made a phone call to his friend Kashiram and
intimated their location, after some time Kashiram and his friend Sailu
Kashiram came on the their motor cycle. From there they both went to the
open plots at Sathish Society, Bowrampet and sat her mother in the open plot
near single room. After some time the accused A1 given instructions to A2 to
kill her mother and went little distance. His friends A2 & A3 removed scrap of
deceased, forcibly wrapped the same around her neck, tried to kill her by
pulling tightly, even though A1 & A2 took the shaving blade and while they
were cutting her neck with shaving blades they also received sustained injuries
to their fingers at that time the deceased tried to escaped from there however
his friends A2 & A3 caught her mother in a little distance on the road hit hard
with stone on her head, then again they forcibly cut her neck with shaving
blade, due to which she went into unconscious and died on the spot and after
confirmation of her death, A1 also joined with them they all threw the body into
the water sump by pulled the body from the road, he took the mobile phone
and voter ID of her mother and kept the same nearby the water sump for
identification of body and also kept her mother’s purse nearby the scene of
offence from there they thrown remaining shaving blades packet in the bushes
nearby scene of offence, thereafter the accused A1 has given remaining amount
Rs. 4,000/- to A2 by phonepe as per his promise from there they both fled
away from there on the motor cycles of A1 & A2. Further he added that due to
fear he does not reveal the facts to his family members. Later observed that,
the Dundigal Police are verifying CC cameras in Gandimaisamma area, if they
see the CC cameras they will file murder case against him, as such he was
requested LW-11 to go to Dundigal Police Station and informed the incident to
Police. On his request LW-11 came to PS and ascertained facts to LW-21. The
LW-21 Inspector of Police recorded the detailed statement (extra judicial
confession) of the LW-11 which was incorporated in part-II CD and deputed the
I/D party men with instructions to apprehend the accused persons A1 to A3.

While the investigation is in progress, on 23.04.2024 in the afternoon


hours about 14:00 Hrs on credible information the deputed I/D party
apprehended the accused A1. Mudavath Anjya @ Anjji S/o Late Mudavath
Ganya age. 26 Yrs, Caste. ST ( Lambada ), Occ. Labour work R/o Near
Hanuman Temple, 120 Yards, Gandimaisamma, GM-Dundigal Mandal,
Medchal Dist N/o H. No. 5-18/1, Yerrakunta Thanda, Ibrahimpur Village,
Lingapur Mandal, Medak Dist at 120 Yards, Gandimaisamma who was
standing with motor cycle nearby the road, and on seeing the I/D party men
the accused A1 tried to escape from there, however the deputed I/D party men
apprehended the accused A1 in a little distance and brought him to PS with
motor cycle. The accused A1 is in the mood to confess the offence.
Immediately the LW-21 secured in presence of two mediators LWs. 14 & 15
and on interrogation the accused A1 voluntarily admitted to have committed
this offence.
The detailed confession cum seizure panchanama of the accused A1 was
recorded by the LW-21 Inspector of Police in presence of LWs. 14 & 15. The
accused A1 confession corroborated with the extra judicial confession of the
LW-11. Further the accused A1 stated that he will show accused persons A2 &
A3 who engaged to kill her mother. In pursuance of A1 confession seized the
mobile phone of accused A1 i.e. Motorola Mobile Phone IMEI Nos.
356675237677736/26 & 356675237677744 mobile numbers. 7093795765 &
9010260483 and also seized motor cycle i.e. Bajaj NS 125 Motor Cycle at the
instance and from the possession of A1 under cover of same panchanama in
presence of same mediators which were used to the commission of above
offences and also collected the screen short copy of money transfer receipt
through phone pay.

In pursuance of the confession of A1, the accused A1 had led police and
mediators LWs. 14 & 15 to the house of A2 situated at Back side of Santhosh
Dhaba, Gandimaisamma, GM-Dundigal Mandal, Medchal Dist where the
accused A1 has shown the accused A2 who present at his house, immediately
the LW-21 Inspector of Police, apprehend the accused A2. Besta Chinthala
Kashiram S/o Narayana, age. 35 Yrs, Caste. BC (Bestha), Occ. Labour work
R/o Back side of Santhosh Dhaba, Gandimaisamma, GM-Dundigal Mandal,
Medchal Dist N/o H. No. 11-100/1, Ailapur Village, Lingampet Mandal,
Kamareddy Dist and taken him into custody and on interrogation before the
mediators the accused A2 admitted to have guilty of this offence. The detailed
confession cum seizure pancahnama of A2 was recorded in presence of same
mediators. In pursuance of A2 confession seized his Realmi Mobile Phone IMEI
No. 865136048259119 & 865136048259101 and mobile number. 8106502534
and also seized motor cycle i.e. Honda Glamour Motor Cycle bearing No. TS 17
A 6924 Chassis No. MBLJAR028HGH22684, Engine No. JA06ERHGH28260
and also seized the cloths of A2 i.e. Red colour T shirt and Black colour pant at
the instance and from the possession of A2 under cover of seizure panchanama
in presence of same panchas which were used to the commission of above
offence also collected the screen short copy of money transfer receipt through
phone pay.

From there the accused persons A1 and A2 led the police and mediators
to the house of A3 situated at Near Hanuman Temple, 120 Yards,
Gandimaisamma, GM-Dundigal Mandal, Medchal Dist where the accused
persons A1 & A2 has shown the accused A3 who present at his house.
Immediately the LW-21 Inspector of Police has taken the accused A3. Mangali
Sailu S/o Late Pochaiah age. 40 Yrs, Caste. BC (A) Mangali, Occ. Labour work
into police custody and on interrogation the accused A3 also admitted to have
guilty of this offence. The detailed confession cum seizure pancahnama of A3
was recorded in presence of same mediators. In pursuance of A3 confession
seized his mobile phone i.e. realmi mobile phone IMEI No. 860435048305012
& 860435048305020 mobile number. 9010166439 and also his cloths at the
instance and from the possession of A3 under cover of same panchanama in
presence of same mediators which were used to the commission of above
offence.

From there proceeded to the house of A1 situated at 120 Yards,


Gandimaisamma, GM-Dundigal mandal, where the accused A1 has showed the
cloths of A1 which were kept at his house. Immediately the LW-21 Inspector of
Police has seized the A1 cloths i.e. bue, pink and orange colour T Shirt and ash
colour pant at the instance and from the house of A1.

From there basing on the confession panchanams of A1 to A3 proceeded


to the scene of offence along with clues team the accused persons has showed
the place where they killed the deceased and also shown the water sump. The
LW-21 Inspector of Police has re-constructed the scene of offence in the
presence of same panchas.

On the strength of the confession of the accused persons A2 & A3. The
accused A2 is belongs to BC (Bestha ) Community and the accused A3 is
belongs to BC(A) mangali community. As such the Lw-21 added the section of
Law 34 IPC and Sec. 3(2)(v) of Sc/St Prevention of Atrocities Act to the existing
sections 302, 201 IPC and informed all concerned through section added memo
and also informed the commissioner of Police, Cyberabad.Effected the arrest of
accused persons A1 to A3 issued arrest memo at 21:00 Hrs and informed to
their relatives about the arrest of the accused persons A1 to A3 by issuing
notice under the provisions of U/s. 50 (a) and 50 Cr.P.C.

Then the arrested accused persons A1 to A3 has been sent to the


Govt area hospital under a requisition to examine them and issue
medical certificate about the status of their health as per Sec. 54 Cr.
P.C. She got examined by the medical officer, also marked the injuries of
A2 & A3 who sustained injuries while killing the deceased with shaving
blades and also conducted COVID-19 tested and produced the accused
before the Hon’nle Court for judicial remand.
Investigation done so far it is well established that the LW-1 Sri.
Mudavath Shekar is the younger son of deceased, the LW-2 Smt. Mudavath
Savithri is the wife of LW-1, the LW-3 Sri. Dalavath Narsingh is the resident of
Salavathpur, Kowdipally of Narsapur dist, the LW-4 Sri. Ramavath Gopilal is
the resident of Madigadda thanda, Kotpally of Vikarabad dist and the LW-5
Mudavath Srinivas is the resident of Ibrahimbad of Medak Dist the LWs. 3 to 5
are the cousin brothers of deceased. The LWs. 1 to 5 can speak entire facts of
the case.

The LW-11 Sri. Janagama Rajesh is the residence of Sriram Nagar


Colony, Gandimaisamma, GM_Dundigal Mandal, Medchal dist he is the friend
of A1 he is the extra judicial confession after commission of offence the
accused A1 has met with him and ascertained the facts to him about the killing
of his mother by A1 to A3. The LW-11 is used to pickup labour from labour
adda at Gandimaisamma at that time he came to contact A1 Mudavath Anjya
and he became a close within short period they both also used to attend liquor
parties at Gandimaisamma.

The accused A1 Mudavath Anjya @ Anji is belongs to Yerrakunta


Thanda, Ibrahimbad Village, Narsapur of Medak Dist he is the elder son of
deceased.

The accused A2 Besta Chinthala Kashiram is belongs to Ailapur Village,


Lingampet Mandal, Kamareddy Dist he came to Gandimaisamma with his
family and eking livelihood by doing labour works at Gandimaisamma.

The accused A3 Mangali Sailu is belongs to Sathelli Village, Yellareddy


Mandal, Kamareddy Dist he also came to Gandimaisamma for his livelihood
and doing labour works at Gandimaisamma. The accused persons A1 to A3 are
close friends they used to attend liquor parties.

The accused A1 Mudavath Anjya and his mother/deceased also eking


livelihood by doing labour works in labour adda at Gandimaisamma. The
accused A1 was addicted to online betting and other bad habits. The deceased
having illegal affair with others, several times he has requested her mother to
stop illegal affair but her mother unable to listen her words and continuing
illegal affair with others, earlier two times red-handedly caught his mother
while she is staying in the house with another male person at that time he
reprimanded her not to do again, but there was no change attitude of deceased
and continuing illegal affairs with others, earlier two times the accused A1 has
red-handedly caught the deceased at his her mother while she is staying with
another male person at his residence at that time A1 reprimanded her not to
do again, but there was no change the attitude of deceased,

The accused A1 also addicted to online betting, and other bad habits, A1
earnings are not sufficient to meet his expenses, A1 mother also not giving
money to him, deceased used to giving her earnings to the LW-1 only, several
times A1 has requested deceased to give her earnings but deceased not agreed
to give her earnings to A1, due to which A2 vexed on his mother’s attitude and
he was decided to kill her mother anyway.

As per his plan A1, the accused A1 has engaged the accused persons A2
and A3 for an amount of Rs. 14,000/- to kill her mother. On 20.04.2024 in the
night hours the accused A1 met with accused persons A2 & A3 at
Gandimaisamma and they hatched a plan to kill the deceased during the night
of 20.04.2024. As per their plan the accused persons A1 to A3 has selected the
open place at Sathish Society, Bowrampet returned to Gandimaisamma A1 &
A2 has purchased masks, and shaving blade in the Kirana shop at
Gadimaisamma, also purchased hand gloves in the medical shops at
Gandimaisamma on the requirements of A2 & A3. Thereafter A1 has given an
amount of Rs. 10,000/- in which 5,000/- given as cash, remaining 5,000/-
was transferred through phone pay to the mobile number of 8106502534 of
A2. Also A1 has given Rs. 5,00/- additional for liquor and A1 informed them
that they will drink alcohol at Gandimaisamma, A1 should go to his house and
bring her mother on his motor cycle Bajaj NS 125. The accused persons A2 &
A3 went to Sri Balaji Wines, Gandimaisamma purchased half bottle of alcohol
and while consumed the alcohol. The accused A2 went to his house and took
the deceased on his younger brother’s Bajaj NS 125 motor cycle by telling
guidable words that A1 to go to catering work at Miyapur, her mother believed
his words, from there A1 and deceased started to go to Miyapur on motor cycle,
when he reached near Indian Petrol Pump, A1 made a phone call to A2 and
intimated their location, after some time A2 & A3 also reached there, from
there A2 & A3, A1 and deceased went to the open plots at Sathish Society,
Bowrampet and the accused A1 sat the deceased in the open plot near single
room. After some time the accused A1 has given instructions to A2 to kill the
deceased and went little distance from them. His friends A2 & A3 removed
scrap of deceased, forcibly wrapped the same around her neck, tried to kill her
by pulling tightly, even though A1 & A2 took the shaving blade and while they
were cutting her neck with shaving blades they also received sustained injuries
to their fingers at that time the deceased tried to escaped from there however
the accused persons A2 & A3 caught the deceased in a little distance on the
road hit hard with cement brick on her head, then again they forcibly cut her
neck with shaving blade, due to which she went into unconscious and died on
the spot and after confirmation of her death, A1 also joined with them they all
threw the body into the water sump by pulled the body from the road, A1 took
the mobile phone and voter ID of deceased and kept the same nearby the water
sump for identification of body and also kept deceased purse nearby the scene
of offence from there they thrown remaining shaving blades packet in the
bushes nearby scene of offence and went to Gandimaisamma, the accused A1
has given remaining amount Rs. 4,000/- to A2 by phone pay from there they
fled on the motor cycles of A1 & A2. Thereafter the accused A1 does not
revealed the facts to his family members and A1 acted as missing of deceased.
Further the accused A1 met with his friend LW-11 Sri. Janagama Rajesh and
ascertained the facts to him by killing of deceased by engaged accused persons
A2 & A3.

Thus, the prima facie is well established against the accused persons A1
found to have committed an offence punishable U/s. 302, 201 R/w 34 IPC and
the accused persons A2 & A3 are found to have committed an offence
punishable U/Sec. 302, 201 R/w 34 IPC and Sec. 3(2)(v) of Sc/St Prevention of
Atrocities Act.

Therefore, the arrested accused persons A1 to A3 are hereby produced


before this Hon’ble Court along with a remand case diary through Escort:
