INSTRUCTOR SOLUTION TO GPE (DAM)

Aim: To reach Mohan Nagar by 5.00 p.m. to attend Marriage.

SOLUTION

1. 2 Group Members to sprinkle water on the face of PWD Engineer, reassure him, give him
ORS from the first aid kit in the Van. He will be alright.

2. 2 Persons to stop passing by Car, send the lady and her husband to the hospital near
railway station along with two person from the group who will get down at Railway
Station to inform RPF in charge / Station Master about the Dam, who in turn will dial 100
and inform the police control room. On completion of this the group member will come
to the highway and wait for us.

Distance from Tea Stall to Railway station – 5 kms. Time taken – 10 Minutes.

3. Remaining 8 Members, PWD Engineer and the old lady will proceed in the tractor to the
Dam. Distance – 7 kms time taken – 20 minutes.

Locate the miscreants, confront them and take the keys and handover to the PWD
Engineer.

Handover miscreants to Police on arrival. Approximate time of arrival of police 4.15 PM

4. Send 2 persons from the group with the old lady to Palm Grove to search for the cattle
once the keys have been recovered from the miscreants. .

On handing over to miscreants to police and finding the cattle, board the tractor and
proceed towards Tea Stall, along with the PWD Engineer. The lady will take her cattle
and proceed to her home. On reaching the tea stall at 4.30 PM, board the bus and proceed
to Mohan Nagar to reach by 5 PM. On the way pick up the group member who had gone
to inform the police. Distance from Tea Stall to Mohan Nagar – 30 kms time taken – 30
minutes.

After attending the marriage ceremony return back to college for cultural event on time.
